My Moving Company helped our family move from a ground floor apartment to a second floor. We requested an estimate and received a call and estimate the same day. The team was incredible! All three of the team personally introduced themselves to every family member including our 10 year old son. They explained everything that would happen and stuck to the plan. During the loading of the truck they clearly pointed out any concerns they had so we could agree upon moving forward. Our washing machine has some dings from a previous move we did ourselves and they noticed right away to bring to our attention before it was loaded. I appreciated the attention they paid so there were no surprises after. They were very helpful in breaking down beds and putting them back together. The team of three was super efficient. The loading was right on track and unloading was done 20 minutes faster than they estimated. I expected professionals and that is EXACTLY what they were. We will be calling them for our next move too. The cost was less than we anticipated too which was a bonus to us. There was no damage and they treated our belongings as if they were their own. Anyone moving would benefit from My Moving Company as we did!! You cannot go wrong with them. Thanks My Moving Company for a superb job done!!!
