Worst customer service ever! I came in from out of town to replace my windshield. Was told I would have to wait approximately 4 hrs. Came in 5 hrs later and vehicle was still untouched. Had to wait in line another 20 mins to b told that my vehicle was next and they would call me in about an hour and half. I did not receive a call and went back about 2 hrs later at approximate closing time only to find out the vehicle was still untouched. Service lady was extremely rude! And I mean extremely rude! I asked for my money back and was told that I would have to return the next day. Lady i am from out of town! Was told I could leave or keep waiting till my vehicle was done but that I would not b able to get my money back till next day! Thank goodness my daughter lives in Laredo and was able to pick us up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Not worth it! And FYI this is the first time I ever write a bad review! That’s how bad this experience has been!

Virlar Automotive Group LTD is the worst business I have ever received service from. I went to Virlar business looking to get my windshield replaced. I contacted business through phone and in-person and both times I was guaranteed getting original windshield for my 2016 Jeep Renegade vehicle. Below is a list of the things wrong with this business and why I would recommend everyone to avoid this business at all costs. 1. Windshield was not original part as promoted or promised after completion of service 2 Time-frame provided for the service is also a big lie. In my situation, I was informed that service will take 45 minutes to an hour when nobody was ahead of me. Total service time was 3 hours. 3. After "service" was completed, I inspected my vehicle only to find out the WORST type of service for windshield replacement ever done and damage to my vehicle. 4. Here's is a list of the damages to my vehicle: exterior paint scratches, broken exterior black panel top, cracked replacement windshield on multiple areas, damaged interior rear view mirror base, stained roof fabric, water leak due to incorrect windshield sealant and time loss. 5. Last, terrible customer service from business employees: sarcastic comments, insulting/rude attitude, lack of ownership to their mistakes and zero-effort to help a consumer. In conclusion, I have over 20 years of customer service and never in my life have I ever experienced the worst level of service towards a buying customer. Virlar is a business that I would never recommend to anyone no matter what. Staff focus is to sell "cheap" products, provide terrible customer service and ripoff customers on a daily basis. I was not able to put zero stars but let the record show this is a zero star business. I want to invite all the local community that have been mistreated and taking advantage of to come forward to bring this business down once and for all.

Horrible! Horrible!! Straight out of the worst rude people ever in Laredo, TX! Avoid Virlar's on McPherson!! They call the cops on you when you complain because you want to return a part and get the right one. You can't return items without a receipt even if you bought it 2 days ago, even if they have you on camera, and even if they can verify your purchase on their POS system. They don't do even do even exchanges. NO PROFESSIONALISM OR CUSTOMER EMPATHY SHOWN. They will keep your hard earned money & send you home with an unwanted item. There is no customer service at this place! I wonder if everyone gets together and calculate the money they've refused to return to customers. Maybe it's enough to Sue them! "No compren en Virlar's xque te tratan mal y le hablan a la polecia por quejarte y no te devuelven las partes ni hacen devoluciones sin tu recibo. Muy mal servicio al cliente."

Worst customer service ever! Their policies are adjusted according to how you look. They are extremely rude over the phone and in person even worst! Their bad manners and high esteem of themselves shows that this city needs another body part store asap! You are better off finding the parts cheaper online.

Never again! "Lo varato sale Caro." I brought my vehicle to replace a window, and ended up needing to replace the scratches left behind by the installation process. Nobody took responsibility for the mistake, so definitely no recommendations from my part anymore. If you can go somewhere else, do it!

I can only say, that expectations were met!! Great service! Parts in stock at a great price..! I work at Wal-Mart as a cashier, and people just have the complete wrong expectations of what customer service should be...we are treated by customers extremely rude & expect to be reciprocated...! Like I said...this place saved me $$$ on a brand new part vs a junk yard that wanted an arm & a leg! Be courteous, & they'll reciprocate...John G.

Couldn't agree more with Julian. Recently made the mistake of spending my hard earned money with the rude, inconsiderate, immature, and very unprofessional company Virlar. NEVER AGAIN! The days upon days of waiting for the part to be delivered, even though it was "in stock" wasn't nearly as upsetting as how the staff thinks they can talk to paying customers. Horrible service!!! Spare yourself the aggravation and frustration and shop with their competitors!!

Never buy your parts here at this store. Customer service is poor and turnaround time is horrible. They tell you lead time is a few days and turns into weeks. This store treats their customer like they don't matter and the Managers could care less as well. Take your business to the companies on the Internet whom even though they are not in front of you treat you with the respect you deserve as a customer. Never Never buy anything here, poor poor customer service. Trust me you will regret it.
