Lavallee Door

I had my door installed by another company (Douglas Door) a few years ago. They over charged me and did a horrible job. When it broke again this year I called Lavallee Overhead Door and I could not be more pleased. They came that day, were knowledgeable and had all necessary parts with them. They explained the problem to me and showed me ways to care for my door and save money in the future. They were upfront with their prices so I called around and they were the best prices around.

I am very pleased with the staff and workmanship of this company. I will use them again and would recommend using them.

Had to have two springs put in. Excellent service. Tech knew what he was doing. I would say he probably was here an hour or more. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed. Thank you.

The worst customer service ever , don't ever buy from this company and expect any service after they have your money . I had them put in 2 new doors and openers . Both openers were not working proper they would try to push the doors past the closing point and tear the brackets right off the door. Good thing a kid or pet was not under the door . I have called the company many times with no call back even . Your best to just avoid this place !

I am not a customer of Lavallee nor am I affiliated with them. I do wish to comment however on the negative review by one CTRick. It sounds like CTRick is upset because the technician did not spend more time doing the repair. Would it please CTRick if the repair was done in three hours instead of thirty minutes? I am willing to guess that the repair took thirty minutes but the skill the technician brought to the job took many years of training and experience which is why he was able to be quick and efficient in his job. If CTRick does not appreciate speed and efficiency in a service person, Lavalle is lucky to have lost him as a customer.

OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED!



Very good, skilled installers and repair folks. They installed my doors ~5 years ago. Today they charged me $217 for minor maintenance that took 30 minutes. Incredibly overpriced, they lost me as a customer.
