Supreme Appliance Service

Mr. Vautrin was given a check for $388.50 in July of 2009 for a part and service on a Fisher Paykel Washing machine. He said he had to order the part from overseas. The check was cashed and we were, and continue to be, given the run around. We contacted Fisher Paykel in the later part of 2009 to find that there were plenty of parts in the United States and that Appliance Doctor(a.k.a. Supreme Appliance) and Mr. Vautrin were dropped by the company as a local service representative in February of 2008. As of February 2010 we have still not received our money back.

Very Disappointed Customer

Very dissatisfied with repair of my refrigerator. Replaced compressor but could not explain why the refrigerator/freezer would not cool below 50 degrees and why the unit kept cycling on and off. The cycling resulted in burning out the computer control board but they claimed it was a power surge. Then refused to stand by their work. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

I had to reschedule my repair with them 2 different times because they were no shows! They never called to say they were running behind, that was left to us to find out where the repairmen were. After today, which they were a No show again, we gave up and called a different more reliable company. Never doing business with this company again.

I am glad I "found" Supreme again. I have used them for repairs of dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine and have purchased parts as well. I have always been happy. I just haven't had any repairs needed until now and have been looking for a appliance repair since I couldn't find them in Norfolk. I happened to see a truck in my neighborhood over the weekend.

I had a similarly frustrating experience with Eric at Supreme Appliance as did Deborah A belolw. It took over 2 weeks after my initial service visit for them to repair my refrigerator. Most annoying was that I was lied to more than once, first telling me they were waiting on a part. Two days after the part was received, they said that they would be out Monday or Tuesday. Monday morning I called them and was told they weren't coming until Thursday because they needed to do me first thing given it was a 3 hour job. Thursday I stayed home from work and at their arrival time of 10 a.m. I had heard nothing. I called and was told they were gathering the equipment and would be out in 30 minutes. At 11:30 a.m. I called again and was told 30 minutes. At 12:30 p.m. I called and was told 3 p.m. They never showed up. Finally the next day they told us they were not coming out because they had not been paid by the homeowner's warranty company on their last job. Had they told me that up front I would have paid them directly and filed for reimbursement. This is the short story, but after a 10 day delay while they made excuses why they couldn't come out, the work was finally done. If you don't mind working with someone who drags you along, won't give you timely service, and won't tell you the truth then Supreme Appliance is your company!

Supreme Appliances was receptive to my initial service call even though they are closed on Sundays. From when Tim called me back, it was clear that not only would I get expert advice, but I would be treated as a special customer. Tim (Owner), Anita (Coordinator), and Teresa (Technician) were professional, courteous, and possess excellent customer service skills. I would recommend Supreme Appliance Service to anyone and I can guarantee that they will be well serviced and treated. Nice to know that the smaller operators still exist and they make customers feel special and well served.

Supreme Appliance Service did an outstanding job of replacing my hot water heater. The owner Tim, the receptionist Anita, the technician Eric, and the rest of the staff were professional, hospitable, and courteous. The owner also took the time to educate me on how long my hot water heater would take to install, how long it would last for, and gave me recommendations on when I should replace it. I have had many types of vendors conduct services on my house but this company was by far the best because they corrected the problem, they over delivered and under promised, educated me, followed up before and after the service took place. 5+ stars all of the way!!!!

I only gave one star because I could not give a zero! I contacted this company on Friday - Eric said he could be at our house between 9-11 the next morning and would call a 1/2 hour before - fantastic, I was very excited. At 10:45, I had not heard anything, I called him and he said he was running late into the office and it would be closer to 12 - I advised him that we had been waiting without a call to let us know this, we could have done other things. He said he would be there "this morning" and would try his best to be there by noon. At 11:55, he called me saying that he would not be able to make it until 3 or 4 that he was having "difficulties." I explained that I was very frustrated that I had to call him first this morning, then he assured me it would be done this morning and now it was not until 3 or 4. Eric said to me, "You know what, at this point to make it easier, why don't you go and find someone else to do the job" and hung up. So unprofessional and could care less about others time. I would not recommend this company. Rather than him apologizing for the mistake in contacting us, he made it my issue. We contacted Ace Appliance Repair and they came within 2 hours with a very professional person. Take my advice and call them!

I bought 2 parts for my dryer from Supreme and with those 2 parts I was able to fix the dryer myself. They not only sold the parts to me but gave me their expert advice and confidence that I will be able to do this myself with no problem. I'm by no means an expert and they were! Thanks so much Supreme!

We called Supreme Appliance after calling several other places. Everyone else couldn't come out to fix our washer for a few days. They came the next day! Not only were they cheaper but their parts are guaranteed for a year and repairs have a 3 month warranty! Very professional and quick! Very friendly and would recommend to anyone who needs any of their appliances fixed!
