The entire experience was exceptional! What I love about Japan is that they really stress on providing excellent customer service.

We ordered the set menu with different types of organs. I know it sounds gross but it was absolutely delicious grilled.

We also ordered a bottle of red wine to pair with the food. The wine menu was easy to order from as there was a chart showing which wine is fruity or dry. One thing I learned about restaurants in Japan is that if you cannot finish your bottle of wine, you are more than welcome to take it home with you.

The food was amazing. The server grilled the first round for us and we grilled the rest ourselves. There were two dips from what I remembered - an egg yolk sauce and some sort of soy sauce.

Dessert was provided with the set menu and we chose the coffee pudding which was so creamy and soft. It melts right in your mouth with the right consistency of sweetness.

At the end of our dinner, the server walked us out and opened the elevator for us. Gave us a bow as a thank you. Incredible service! Will definitely come again
