I'd leave NO stars if possible! This place is basically a scam imo. They fraudulently filled out the pa using incorrect coding (indicating treatment was more involved than was actually done) and refused to correct it even after they were given the proper coding. Because of their fraud, we couldn't get reimbursed! DON'T GO HERE!!

We scheduled an appointment with their online system, just to show up and have no doctor due to a missionary trip. Staff was not very helpful, and out of the times we have been here we have received mediocre service. Don't waist your time here, not worth it at all and practically a scam. I would give this place a zero if I could

Do not use this place - will not help with insurance reimbursement. There is a reason that it nearly empty.... Keep driving

Came here to have my kid checked. She was tested for covid, flu and strep and everything was done in less than 20 mins. Results came out negative and there was also no additional fees for the tests.

Allen location is always quick with check-in. Wait depends on number of patients, but is usually very fast. Diagnosis is quick, treatments happen onsite, and I'm usually on my way within an hour.

Dr. "Joe" is my favorite. He always takes great care when evaluating best options for treatment.

Charged me $150 for Covid test! I even had insurance! I also had an appointment at 12:30 and when I walked in they said they were closing for lunch and told me to leave. Why let me schedule an appointment at that time!!

Made appointment, arrived and told Dr was out doing missionary and wouldn't be back. What! I'm all for missionary but should be part of schedule.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Visited 12/28 on a Monday for covid test. My wife had tested positive and I am extremely high risk due to cancer treatments. I explained all this to staff. Was told I would get a call and email with results either Tuesday night or Wednesday. I called Wednesday and was told they had other results from Wednesday but not mine. Was told it would be Thursday. I called three times on Thursday and got same story. I finally gave up and figured out what lab they use and how to get results myself. I am positive. It is now Friday afternoon and this sorry excuse for an urgent care STILL has not contacted me. All it would have taken was a 5 min phone call by their staff to the lab to get my results or check on delay. But once they get you $150 up front payment they seem to stop giving a shit.

We have always had great service from Dr. Taiwo and First Class Urgent Care. They have always been quick and capable to help with injuries or illnesses. Wait times are usually best early in the morning. During cold and flu season, waits can be long, so call ahead. Super clean. Convenient for Lucas, Fairview, Allen, Parker, East Plano, Murphy and Wylie. Also close to Lake Lavon's northern and western parks and boat ramps.
