2 Much Sauce Food Truck

My partner took me here to eat because he enjoyed his first time eating there a few days ago.

I ordered the 3 meat combo ( fish, shrimp, and wings) and he got the 2 meat combo ( shrimp and chicken). The combos come with fries. you're able to get 3 sauces as well as sauce on your fries.

The food took a while to come out so be prepared to wait or order ahead of time. Most folks ordered their food to go and only a few of us were dining in. The inside is pretty nice. There's a flower wall and neon sign. They don't have a lot of drink options but I like my Calypso lemonade.

I wish they offered like a salad and or cornbread to get a break from all the friend food and carbs but overall it's a pretty good spot to get some fried food if you're in the area.

I had called in inquired about ordering two turkeys for Thanksgiving and Eli (The owner) was very welcoming and accommodating. He sent me a list of different types of flavors the turkey could be prepared how we opted for one regular fried and one Cajun fried turkey. We scheduled an 11:00 AM pickup on Thanksgiving and both turkeys were ready upon pick up. I'm usually not one a turkey on Thanksgiving so but I must say I really enjoyed the fried turkey and so did our guests, it was very favorable and well prepared. Though we had one the year before, this was definitely the best fried turkey I had, my personal favorite was the Cajun. I'll definitely ordered from them again next year.

I found this place due to an Instagram feed and tried the storefront for the first time. Never been to the truck. First of all, the interior decor is nicely done. I'd rent out the space for a private event although I'm not sure if that is even an option. I met the owner, Kyle, and his mother who was helping behind the counter and who also was not too shy to tell me that she is a local council woman. This family means business! lol

I ordered the two meats platter with garlic parm wings and fried fish and another side of litty wings with fries. I had hoped to try the potato salad but that was not in stock the day of my order as it's availability is only Thu-Sun. Also there were no empanadas in stock when I arrived. If a dish regularly has limited availability, there should be an asterisk (*) on the menu.

The food was good but honestly not nearly as much sauce as I saw on the IG account page. I guess that's like any restaurant bc rarely does cooked food look the same in commercials as it does when served IRL. I preferred the litty over garlic parm. The fish was fried perfectly. The fries were seasoned well and not overly salty which was great.

Anyway, I'd visit again on a weekend to taste the tater salad. That will be the true test for me!

I'm so happy that the store front is finally open! I've already been there 3 times in two weeks. I've yet to be disappointed by Too Much Sauce!

My go to are the wings with litty & Parmesan garlic sauce. The wings are fried to perfection EVERY TIME! The sauce is always saucing!

Who support of this food food is amazing. Ambience is very welcoming. And the service is fast. And efficient couldn't ask for anything else not to mention the flavors to knock your socks off.

My review is for the restaurant located on E. Second St. In Scotch Plains, NJ (not the food truck, same owner). The chicken wings are AMAZING! Fresh, crispy, not greasy, and delicious. The French fries are also good. Enough seasoning to make them interesting, but not over powering, and most of all--not greasy. Crisp outside, fluffy inside. The perfect fry.

The staff is friendly, and enjoyable to talk with. You get the sense of a family, neighborhood establishment. The type of business I like to patronize.

I noticed most reviews are for the truck operation. Please visit the restaurant. 2 Much Sauce is the type of business our neighborhood needs.

Absolutely delicious! So much flavor. Big garlic parm fan and theirs is the best I've had hands down. Tiger sauce is *chefs frickin kiss*! I don't know what they use for batter but it's got such a nice crunch and surprisingly traveled well (I got delivery). Ordered early before dinner rush and it was definitely the move. Food came fast and fresh! Will absolutely be back. What a welcome addition to the typically mundane food choices of Scotch Plains.

I order shrimp and fish and it's always delicious! The food is fresh and service is fast. The new Scotch Plains location is nice.

They have no clue how to run a business... their customer service is trash, and they put out orders at the slowest possible rate unless your the only one there

Unprofessional and never placed the order, we waited for over an hour and we ask if they even started our order and she said no. The females at the front are rude and lack customer service.
