20/20 Auto Glass Greenville

Excellent workmanship and customer service. This is my 4th windshield from 20/20 and they honestly went above and beyond during this experience. The technician,Tyler, replaced the broken windshield but also fixed the substandard workmanship which occurred from the previous glass replacement which occurred when our vehicle was in a body shop being repaired. Tyler did a great job making sure everything inside and outside the car was cleaned up and kept me updated on when his arrival time would be. The communication between my insurance glass claims department, 20/20's receptionist and myself was seamless and the establishment of a claim to being scheduled took less than 15 minutes. No call backs or messages left. A quick 3 way phone call and everything was done. It's great doing work with a locally owned business; especially when it's done right the first time.

I have my windshield replacement with Mr. Tyler. He is on time and wonderful, but he took out the holder from the bottom of the old glass which he said it was damaged. He said the car gonna ok but vibrate a little bit when i drive and he order the part for m that may took 1-5 days and he will be over to install it to new windshield to finish which sound good. I have been waiting 3 weeks already no one called me. I was called to talk with the manager leave my name and phone number with nonresponse.

I had my back glass in my 2001 F-150 resealed due to a water leak. Tyler came out and was very professional, quick, and I can't even tell he had to take out most of the rear seat of my truck. I have been through a rain shower and the car wash. No more leaking back glass. Thanks for the wonderful service! I would totally recommend 20/20!

20/20 replaced the windshield in my 2017 Audi A4. I'd only had the car for about three weeks. 20/20 handled the order of the new Audi glass like top notch professionals. During my very first call to 20/20, they had the insurance company on the line and things were approved in a very short amount of time. On the day of the install, they very prompt and courteous. The installer made sure I saw that all of the sensors in the new windshield were working. I'm very satisfied with the process, as a whole. Thanks for making this a wonderful experience.

Called my Allstate Agent, which had 20/20 Auto Glass contact me. There was an issue with my current address vs old address (Allstate's fault and not 20/20 AG) which caused an issue of the location I wanted the work done vs 20/20 AG's service area. At this point I was to choose someone else on my own. The 20/20 AG Tech took the time to give me advice on choosing someone else and what type of glass to insist on. That impressed me and I ended up calling 20/20 AG back and left a message for the Tech. I got a return call from the owner, which took the time to do a 3-way call with Allstate. Got all of the "paperwork" taken care of and schedule my install apt all at the same time. I had to drive 45 minutes to their service area (again my problem not theirs). It was worth it... Good Customer Service, Quality Glass (met OEM specs), and Quality Installation. Would recommend to anyone in the Upstate SC area.

Mass confusion at 20/20 glass. Calling the home phone when my agent gave them the cell phone number (they called it after they got the answering machine at home!!!) Not calling the cell phone to tell my husband they were there doing the work (he wanted to watch and confirm that the right work was being done. Once again they called the home phone and I could barely understand the message, the one leaving it sounded like he had marbles in his mouth!!!!!!!). I would use someone else had I a choice in the matter.
