the charging port on my phone was failing, so i found this shop near to home... the price was good, the reviews were good & he had the part in stock.

what happened next is where he excelled.

the part was bad... he ordered in a replacement & it was defective.

the 3rd time was a charm... not just because my phone works, but because he did everything possible to put my interests ahead of his...

even to the point he was discounting his price - an offer i refused to accept.

my experience was... competence, honesty & customer service.

I'm a person who uses my phone for everything. Unfortunately I left my phone on the hood of my car and drove off. Once I realized what happened I doubled back and noticed that several cars must have ran over it. I needed to be at a job interview and all of the information was on my phone. I drove over to 360fixx to see if it could be salvaged. They had my phone back up and running in less than 20 minutes. I'm now a customer for life!

I wish we would have read the reviews before going. This would have saved us a lot of time and effort.

1. My boyfriend went here on Saturday and got his iphone screen replaced. It was cracked but still working. It was also missing a home button. The owner quoted him at $60. When he returned to pick up the phone, the owner charged his $75... he explained it was $15 extra for the home button replacement, and the he forgot to include that in the quoted price. He refused to honor the quoted price of $60 and even told us he could remove the home button if we couldn't "afford" the additional $15. It was about the principal, he should have honored the quote he gave us. We just paid the $75 because it wasn't worth the hassle.

2. Not even 3 hours after getting the phone screen fixed, my boyfriend was watching a video on his phone and his phone got really hot, he dropped it and it landed on my leg leaving 2nd DEGREE BURNS! I had blisters and skin peeling of and the phone immediately stopped working. Due to the labor day holiday we had to wait until he was open again on Tuesday.

3. Tuesday/Today (Day 4 without a phone)...we brought the phone back in and explained to the owner what happened. He said it wasn't his fault. When he opened the phone there was a lose screw that had melted between the battery and the screen which is what caused the issue....so who would have put the screw there, because my man and I certainly didn't open the phone and replace the screen???... Needless to say, he refused to take ownership but fixed the phone and replaced the screw and battery, we refused to pay and he didn't give us to much of a problem. I find it interesting and a little shady that he didn't charge us if he claims it wasn't his fault.

ALL IN ALL: Save yourself the trouble and stay clear from this shady business. My guess is, he misquotes, nickels and dimes you, and then purposely fixes it wrong so you have to return and spend more money. I truly believe the ONLY reason he didn't attempt to charge us the second time was because of how big of a scene we made.

I went to this "business" facility to pick up my wish package. Mind you I've driven over 5 miles to pick up a one dollar item. I didn't want to drive another time. I know I was being assertive and asking different ways to help them find my package since wish computer was down. The older male was listening in and shaking his head meaning I am not going to get my package regardless of what I said. The younger male was not even making an effort to find my package regardless what I offered. It was all good until the younger male tells me "do you think that you're better than me"? meaning in finding the package. That's it. I've had enough. I'm being judged by my looks and accent.

No customer service and lazy. The sign says fix but he couldn't even fix a simple item I had.

I went here taking a chance cause my daughter needed her screen replaced I mean I'm with sprint and they was charging me the cost of a new phone the owner answered all of my questions without hesitation fixed the phone in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable they also sell electronics so I'm going back for that purchase this is the best place ever and I'm leave a update on my purchase

****BAD BUSINESS****
This place needs to be SHUT TF DOWN! I went there yesterday to get my phone unlocked and the owner had the absolute worst attitude ever before I could even ask question he offered rude responses then said it would take A FEW HOURS took a whole day and he didn't finish it and cursed at me calling me all kind of verbally assaulting names and I hadn't said one disrespectful word to him. The man is obviously delusional and has signs up saying no refunds. He plays games with the open and close times and made me waste gas several times. I now have a police report for the threats, he is the worst & need to be shut down.

I purchased a Groupon to get my phone screen fixed, my phone was cracked, the front camera and speaker didn't work. The Groupon was only for the cracked screen. He fixed my camera and speaker for Nothing. In a nickel and dime kind of world we live, he could have charged me but he didn't. I'm so grateful for 360Fixx, they've been a lifesaver. The gentleman fixed my phone in a timely manner. He was able to squeeze me in even tho he was swamped. When my phone was ready I received a courtesy call to pick it up. I would definitely recommend this place. Very friendly service.

i purchased a groupon for IPad screen repair.
Reviews were awesome!
But, the place is closed for repairs and inside there was nothing set up like a business. it was like construction had been going on.
so doesn't look like there's much 360Fixxing happening right now.

The manager/ owner (old man in glasses) is terrible with customer service!!! I had to go back 3 different times to get him to fix a screen that wasn't performing correctly.... On the third time he said my phone was the issue and still charged me for a screen replacement on a broken phone, with out my permission...When called and asked to fix he said it is what it is and he doesn't do refunds, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
