Good communication, always timely, and worked with our insurance vigorously to get the roof replacement covered. James is professional and his crew left the yard better than before they came. Highly recommend 4 Square Roofing!

Be careful doing business with 4 Square Roofing. Especially, if you have insurance with Allstate. Just make sure you know why they're referring you to him and that it's based on actually good residential reviews.The owner (James) still hasn't provided a "game plan" to fix our roof that continued leaking after his "fix". It's been since December 10th and I've had to contact him first every time. He's responses our vague and he refuses to give me a date. He's already been paid for " fixing" the roof and was provided videos as proof it was still leaking. Since He wouldn't provide me with a date I've had four other companies come out in December. They all thought I caulked my roof, found a huge soft spot(where the leak was), and one actually came out and installed a new roof....all while James couldn't provide a date.

If you are a local homeowner or a out of state property owner like myself and need a roof job search no more. My roof needed repairs and like most of us do look at reviews, hope and pray you picked the right one and then you make the call. I made the call expecting a recording.
James the owner picked up the phone. He listen to what I thought was the problem, personally went out to the house for a visual inspection and gave me a competitive quote. I gave the OK for the job and just like everyone else (more so from me being out of state) hoped the work would be as good as the reviews.

My expectations were exceeded. I got my roof repaired at a good price, on time and the quality was outstanding. It was a pleasure throughout the entire process working with James and his crew. I got pictures confirming where repairs were needed. James explained what his crew would do. I was provided an update as the job was being done. After the work was completed pictures were provided. His crew left the job site in a better condition than the start of the work.

In my personal work quality and customer service is very important. For most businesses it has become a lost art. It is alive and well at 4 Square Roofing. When I see a person and especially a business provide exceptional customer care and service, high quality work at a fair price I must take time out to acknowledge exceptional work.
