5-Star Air

we have used 5-star air (unfortunately too many times due to issues) but they have always been responsive, pro-active and patient. We always use them as our "go-to" company now. Dave, Dan, and the rest of the team are always accommodating to us and usually provide same-day service, if not, next day. I highly recommend calling them for any needs. I think the value of there services and cost are pretty standard compared to other companies I have researched or asked about! Our service requested have been: hot water tank, water line leak/main water valve leak and furnace.

i had dave come out to fix my furnace, he did a great job and it was the same day. interesting to find out when i searches reviews on this site, they dont post the numerous excellent 5 star reviews and only post 3 negative ones from years ago. but since i do my homework i read tons of great 5 star reviews on this company. i only hired them because i read all the ones it says not recommended but i think this is some kind of computer algorithm issue with the site. compliments to 5 - Star Air for the help and will call again if needed!

I was in town for a short amount of time but Dave helped me out with an appointment for an urgent plumbing situation involving an old toilet and sink at my in-laws' house. His associate, Dan, came out promptly and didn't give up! He figured out how to solve the problem that some other plumbers couldn't fix. In doing their due diligence with another issue we had (after the first issue was fixed we found there was a water pressure/regulator issue), Dan and Dave found a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in our furnace/water heater closet and fixed a severely broken flue pipe. Dan really went the extra mile. Dave and Dan are top notch and trustworthy people. They do a good job and they are honest and kind. I hate to think what could have happened if circumstances were even a little different. I would 100% recommend this business!

My home warranty company sent these folks out and 2 out of 3 times they've been dirty and left a mess. They replaced the toilet in this house and they couldn't even be to remove the old caulk. Half finished job at best.

They also left huge dirt marks on my walls which has not been able to be cleaned causing me to have to repaint the walls.

In the past six months, my furnace and AC and my tenant's AC have broken. I have worked with 5-Star Air through a warranty company and directly.

Brian was the rep that visited my house for each repair. He is extremely helpful and patient with customer questions. As a new homeowner, I have really felt like I can trust 5-Star Air.

I will definitely be using 5-Star Air for all future repairs.

Extremely pleased with the work Dan did for us! We turned our dining room into an eat-in kitchen and he was able to run new water lines and set up a new sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, and fixed a drain issue in our basement in short order. Dan did a great job on everything and was an extremely friendly guy. We'll definitely be repeat customers of 5-Star Air because of him.

5-Star Air took such good care of us through an issue with our furnace in December. They were timely, professional, transparent and clean. I could not recommend them more.

Dan was very prompt in arrival and gave a 20 minute notice of when he was going to get here

He was able to fix a leaky tub - despite the parts being old - in less than an hour

5-Star Air came to my rescue after another provider totally blew me off after weeks of promises.

I needed a replacement HVAC unit, and with the temps creeping up in July, it was getting more and more crucial. Brian came and assessed the issue and had the office get back to me with a quote, which seemed to be a reasonable price, so I scheduled the replacement & install. Because he got there later than anticipated and ran into a couple unexpected problems, he couldn't finish that same day, and the next day they were totally booked. Because it was getting really hot and I'd already waited for more than a month, they arranged to finish the job on the 4th of July, for which I was grateful. Dave (owner/manager?) was great and was honest about how busy they've been and that they're short-handed.

The communication could have been a bit better, and he never showed up at the time he said he would, thus the 4-star, rather than 5-star, rating. Maybe 4.5 is more appropriate. Perhaps you can under promise and over deliver instead. Say you'll be there at 11:00 so when you show up at 10:30 it's bonus points. :) But I'd still recommend them.

Thought I had frozen pipes. Contacted 5-Star Air and spoke with Dave(very nice man). When I described my problem to Dave he suggested that I might have a clogged aerator. He said rather than pay him to come look at my pipes that I go online to find information on how to unclog an aerator. I did that. Problem solved. Dave is an honest knowledgeable man. Saved me $$!! You can bet anytime I need plumbing work I will contact Dave at 5-Star Air
