7 Day Locksmith San Diego

I'm not sure this is still a real company. I called the number and reached a different person claiming to represent a something called TG locksmiths. He claimed no affiliation with 7 day locksmiths, nor the website that I got the number from (7daylocksmiths.com) the address is listed alternately as 4410 Glacier Ave or as 4343 Nobel Drive, but when I called the guy said he has no physical address, and no connection to either of those two addresses. When I asked if he had any references or if he licensed, he hung up on me.
I would not trust this service without any clarity about who is providing and from where. If anyone has information about a true and trustworthy company or individual that stands behind this site, I would be glad to see it posted.

I can't recommend this locksmith enough! So glad I found them. I called another larger locksmith who wasn't very receptive to what I needed done. So I called Gonen and he was able to help me. I live out of state and bought a property where I needed a smart locks installed so I could control it virtually. He also set up a Ring doorbell and security system for us which was tricky with us not being there. Great service and value for the work done.

Wow just wow! Me and my flatmates (college students) were in need of a lock change on all 4 of our doors. After calling a range of locksmiths to compare prices, Pika not only gave us the best deal but he was also one of the friendliest person I spoke to on the phone!

After we confirmed we would take the deal the morning of the next day (A Sunday!), he came over within 45 minutes and was done within 10-30 to finish 4 locks! Overall would 100% recommend this business as well as Pika, the service was overall super friendly, super quick and great quality for cost, overall a great deal for us.

Wow, just wow! I tried to install a Nest/Yale deadbolt myself and it came out looking like a drunk installed it. (I was sober.) I called 7 Day and a nice man named Pika quoted me a very low price and said he could be there in 30 minutes. He showed up in 25. He first tried the simplest, most cost efficient fix, and when that didn't work, he performed light surgery. He was done in less than an hour. My door is fixed. He charged exactly what he quoted. I am a very happy customer. Thank you, Pika.

Never accept a vague statement on costs, demand a business card with a full name and business license as required by the state of California and an estimate IN WRITING ! If the locksmith can't do this and has a "burner" phone look elsewhere!
I never considered a locksmith as being untrustworthy before but props to 7 Day in supporting the consumer. Imagine not getting a quote and being hit with a $500 or $700 bill with no itemized explanation on costs. ( insurance won't reimburse either without a detailed receipt with ordinary and customary charges for the region)
Any tradesman, contractor, is required to be registered with the state contractors board. You can report violations to the California State Contractors Board or your Attorney General fraud division , don't pay if you didn't agree, particularly for $500 or more and a failure to provide a written estimate is a bar to collection

Locked our Rental car key in the trunk of our Hyndai Sonata with our luggage - golf covers etc so unless we found a way to get this thing open flights were to be missed. 1st off we called AAA who could open the doors but not the trunk and he was a pretty sharp guy. We called Rental car company who said would take 24 to 48 hours to have Key Fab coded so we were out of luck there. We tried every video on You Tube that would indicate the easiest way in, but to no avail.

Finally picked up the phone explained our situation to the guy on the phone and he said if we can't open it you don't pay. "THIS IS WHAT WE DO RELAX" with time getting short the locksmith arrived in less than 20 minutes.. won't tell you how he did it but he knew exactly what to do and how to do it and less than 10 minutes later we were on our way to the airport and home which would not have been possible without 7 Day.

Were they cheap NO - but we were in a bad way and they got the job done so I'll just say THANK YOU and give them my highest marks.

Horrible terrible experience and I believe they took advantage of me because I was alone in a situation and I am a female. And they did not apologize when I reached out to them when shows me that the management supports how their technician treated me. Sad.

Had a great experience with this company. Called to have my locks changed, and they had someone come out right away.
Was very friendly and helpful answering all my questions.
Very clean and soothing to see work in my house.

I have a business in Santee , just want to share my experience with this company.
I have this commercial lock panic bar on one of my doors installed by a different company ! few months ago, back then it's seems like they did a good job but last week the mechanism got stuck
Called them back they didn't answer , so I called 7 days locksmith .
They came over within 25 minutes and in less then 30 minutes the technician fixed the issue
Those guys saved my life great customer service and great job done. Thumbs up for them
