One of the best and quickest oil changes I have gotten to my car. Definitely better the jiffy lube or Walmart. I Definitely recommend this place. Alexis had the best customer service and helped with looking up the oil type and recommendations for my car

This place is amazing. The service is great and fast. I live in Huntington Beach and couldn't get speedy service, so I came out here to get an oil and air filter. I was out in less than 15 minutes.

Got my oil changed here several times, very friendly employees and pretty fast turnaround. They dont really try to upsell you or any of that other bs, I would definitely recommend them especially if you are just looking to get your oil change done and move on with your life. Great shop, 5 stars from me, will be coming back again.

This place is seriously the best, and they are all so kind. I pull in and they help me immediately-- I always need a special type of oil for my BMW, or air in my tires. They never hesitate to help me whatever it may be for my car. Thank you!!

My sister went in and got turned down business she was asking for a oil change, and break fluid flush. The Honda she has was letting her know it need those specific service maintenance and by the miles she has on her car they were due. The guy at the counter told her she didn't need them that the car was too new and would only do the oil change. So you're busy I get that but how professional are they that they turn down a service that the car itself is clearly telling you it needs. My sister went on her own so i think maybe they thought lying to her cause she's a girl and not servicing what she asked for they would be caught up on their work since they're so busy . My sis ended up going the Honda dealer. I came here before personally but will stop. It's hard to find honest mechanics

Hi Joe, I am sorry to hear that this experience about your sister with the shop. Want to assure you that we do no turn down any service because the shop is busy.
Our mechanics always look into the concerns/ problems addressed by our customers; sometimes they discourage our customers from doing certain services especially when our technicians find them unnecessary and those services are costly.
If you still have any concerns about the brake and brake fluids, we would love to help. Feel free to drop by. - Quynh Anh T.Garden Grove, CA26541Nov 21, 2018
Called on a Thursday morning to get pricing on an oil change and to see if they had synthetic blends. They gave me an estimate and let me know there was no wait so I went over right away. Customer service was very friendly and professional and they were able to service my car within 20 minutes with one person being serviced ahead of me. They also asked if I wanted to change my air filter after showing me my current one and offered a slightly reduced price so I went ahead and had them change it as well. Overall a very quick and hassle free experience. Will definitely come back for future oil changes!

They try to rip you off sooo bad
I came to change the basic oil change and they third me that my car needs this and that, that I have to replace the oil pan charging me 156$ like wtf my car was fine before I came in
Please don't come to this place, avoid this place
NEVER COME BACK AGAIN
Avoid this place if possibleHelpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Khanh D.Irvine, CA16813210Mar 29, 2016
Before you think about going here, you need to double check on the service station themselves. I took my car here thinking that they are affiliated with the "76 Pro Lube" Company, but in fact they are not.
The management themselves are poor and so was the customer service. Definitely not the place for you to go if you need services completed for your car.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jonathan T.Irvine, CA3136345Mar 8, 2016
I came here on Sunday to get an oil change for my 1999 Mercedes E320. I called them and asked them for a quote on my car, giving them my exact make and model, and the lady quoted me $67 dollars for a full synthetic oil change. I thought that was a really good price compared to my other oil changes so I decided to give this place a try, and on top of the price they had 4.5 stars on yelp.
When I brought it here, I was in a rush and I DOUBLE CHECKED the price again and the lady reconfirmmed $67 dollars for my full synthetic oil change. I asked her how long it would take for my car to have its oil change on the phone earlier and she said 20 minutes and when I arrived she reconfirmed the 20 minutes making it seem like there was no wait. So I dropped off my car and ran a few errands and called back after 30 minutes to ask if my car was done. She told me no it wasn't, which surprised me because she confirmed with me that it would only take 20 minutes. STRIKE 1.
At around 40 minutes, when my car should have been done already, she calls me to tell me there are additional charges to my oil change. But here is where the 0 Stars if I could give it to them comes in play.
1. She calls me and tells that my car takes 8 quarts, which is 3 more than the 5 quarts they provide and that I would have to pay for the extra quarts.
2. She then tells me my car needs a special filter every time that there is an oil change and that I would have to pay for that too.
Then I proceed and say "WAIT A MINUTE. Did you already do the oil change?" She tells me they did already, without calling me first. Then I asked her how much is my total bill and she says it is $114 (are you kidding me). STRIKE 2.
I get that my car needs more oil and an extra filter.... but when I called you with my MAKE and MODEL of my car and ask for an estimate, I don't expect you to add these "EXTRAS" onto my bill. I even reconfirmed the $67 dollar price tag when I left my car with the lady. So I told her there was a problem with this because they should have called me if there was extra charges to my service before having the work done, because honestly I would have went else where or called around for a cheaper place. I don't mind paying for the extra quarts and filter since my car needs it, but if I asked you for a quote on my car two times and you said it would be $67, there is no way I am paying for the UPCHARGE (where they try and take more money from you). This may work on some other people who are soft spoken and don't like confrontation, but that isn't me.
"I said, well there is a serious problem here because you didn't call me before you did all these EXTRAS when you quoted me the $67 dollars so I can't even take my car back and bring it else where." I basically gave the impression and meant it in my tone where I basically said I'm only paying the $67 dollars she quoted me.
She tried to get pity out of me when she said "I understand. It's my fault, they did it too fast before I could call you. I'll just have my boss take it out of my pay check if I have to. I'll cover your difference since I should have called you." --- Nice try. I didn't feel bad for you at all because it was your fault for quoting me the wrong price after I asked you twice. By giving the make and the model, they are able to input it into the computer and find out all these things like how many quarts my car needs and any filters it may need. So it was her lack of competence that led to this outcome. All I said after that was "Okay. Thanks," and then I hung up.
She then calls me back a few minutes later to tell me that my car is ready for pick up and that her boss said that they would cover the extra charges and that I would have to pay $70. I was fine with that but then she had the audacity to try and blame me or make me feel like I was cheating them. She said "How long have you had your car for?" I replied "I've had it since 1999." She then accused me "So you've had the car since it was brand new? Then you should have known your car takes extra quarts and that it needs a new filter whenever you get an oil change." STRIKE 3.
1. I got this car as a hand-me-down from my parents a couple of years ago.
2. Yes I know my oil changes usually cost around $100, so when I called for an estimate and you reconfirm with me that its $67 out the door when I dropped off my car, I don't expect you to tell me its $114 after you already done the service.
So, learn from me and don't get robbed by this place. And if they quote you something, you better be damn sure to stand your ground and only pay that. Don't get suckered and robbed like they tried to do to me.
Like I said, I'm okay with paying for my oil change even if its $114 dollars, but I am not okay with someone not calling before they do work to my car that is $47 more than what they told me would be the out the door price of $67.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Tony K.Lakewood, CA2123Jul 21, 2019
I was here for an oil change and was helped by a polite, professional crew. The counter lady, was informative, polite, professional and no nonsense. They had me in and out in under 15minutes. That's, with several cars ahead of me !!! Needless to say I am pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with the service and quality, not to mention the pricing. This will be my goto place for all things automotive related.
