      A-1 Appliance is the best! I was experiencing some difficulties with my microwave that another company in the area attempted to fix.

      They worked directly with the manufacturer as it was under warranty, and everything is back to normal! They were fast, friendly, and precise. If you have any appliance needs, this is your company!

      I've used A-1 twice, first time for a washing machine. The technician was Trevor, pleasant, effective and seemed a reasonable price.
      second time... not effective or worth the price. I had a refrigerator needing love, great shape, functional but not optimal, gasket at door ripped, handle on freezer drawer missing, water filter needing changed.
      A single door gasket and a filter changed cost $589 For a ?25 minute service. The next morning I have water leaking into my basement and under the unit... not calling A-1again. A sale at Lowe's I can get the same unit new $1200. Ouch.

      I have three appliances down: dishwasher, dryer, garbage disposal. I called three other supposedly reputable appliance service companies in Cincinnati that showed 4+ star ratings but each one was a dead end: The first was closed (I called at 4:15 p.m. on a Monday) and got a recording instructing me to go online to request service, which I did, however, after filling out the information requested, it froze and would not prompt further to schedule the appointment. I tried it all over again with same results. (Frustrating! ) The second company I called was closed (I called at 4:20 p.m. on Monday)
      and had a recording saying to leave a message, which I did, but who wants to wait until someone calls back? The third had someone answer who was obviously young and ill-informed; she sounded very ignorant and as if she was an answering service, with poor English and difficult to understand , so I changed my mind about pursuing that company. (Note: All three of these companies I was referred to after calling highly rated appliance supply companies.) Then I finally called A-1. I was not referred to them; I merely chose them based on their 5.0 rating. So far, in my opinion, A-1 is the only one of these 4 companies that deserves higher than a 3,0 rating because they are still open before 5:00 p.m. on a Monday, they have a live person answering who was kind, polite, well-informed and well-spoken and they gave clear details of when I will receive a call back to schedule service. She asked me questions about the appliances and clearly explained the process of how a repairman will get back to me and exactly what time they will do so. She did not rush me and was courteous, spoke clear English, and friendly. THIS IS WHAT MOST BUSINESSES LACK THESE DAYS. I will happily give my money to this company just by virtue of this beginning experience. So far they have a 5-star rating in my book. Hopefully the technician will live up to my expectations of what so far has been expert service. Thank you, A-1!

      I needed a fridge and dishwasher repair for the home that I recently purchased, and the home warranty service connected me with A-1. From the initial phone contact, all the way through the end of the project, customer service was exceptional. There were issues with the warranty company and A-1 patiently helped me work through the system to get the problem resolved. Derek, the tech that did the repairs, was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely have them out again for any appliance service.

      We have used A-1 Appliance a couple of times over the last few years. One was a particularly difficult dishwasher repair. Another company could not diagnose the problem. Trevor from A-1 came out probably 5 or 6 times and finally figured out what it was. This was an expensive Miehle so we wanted to fix it as it was just out of warranty. Then our LG washer started leaking and he came out within 36 hours and figured out it was a leaking hose inside the machine and all he had to do was cut it shorter and reattach and the cost was minimal. We will always use them for appliance repair.

      Our ice maker stopped working--then started leaking huge amounts of water. We turned it off but when that didn't stop it, we needed to unplug the refrigerator.
      Called A-1 on a Sunday, they got back with me on Tuesday and Mike came out to do the repair Tuesday morning. He replaced the ice maker and, when we let him know there had been a problem with the installation of the freezer handle, he ordered the parts we needed ($10--a bargain!) and came back the next day to fix that.
      He was friendly and professional--and the people I spoke with in the office were as well. Mike was right on time the first day and flexible on the second day when we needed to ask for a different window of time for him to arrive.
      Highly recommend.

      We have had a continuing problem with our new fridge. The people at A1 appliance, from the ladies that answer the phones to Andrew, the awesome tech that comes out and fixes the fridge, have been professional, helpful and understanding.       I have used A-1 many times in the past and they never disappoint. I usually get Dave, although I have had some of the other servicemen. They are polite and do a great job - if anyone can fix it they can. I just had them out to service my new Bosch dishwasher - turns out - there was nothing wrong with it - but Dave showed me how to use it - things that were NOT in the manual. Will not hesitate to call them in the future. Thanks A-1 - Oh and there gals that answer the phone are great too.

      Prompt and Professional but Expensive. I sought their services because our washer kept on filling with water. I found it fairly straight forward to set up the appointment. Our tech was Matt. He promptly explained and diagnosed the issue. Getting the part took 2 days, but again he quickly repaired the washer. He was also able to accommodate our schedule. Overall, good experience, but fairly expensive. Personally, I am fine with their higher prices because of their professionalism, since I did not want to keep dealing with the issue.

      We are having problems with dishwasher. Tech arrived and determined it was a cabinetry problem rather than dishwasher. He did not charge us even though we had been told and had agreed to pay for service call even if they were unable to fix our dishwasher. I appreciate this fairness and will definitely call them for future appliance repairs.
