Our washer broke. We HAD to use A1 as they were contracted with LOWES. Waiting three weeks for our washer to get fixed and it is still NOT fixed. No contact since the first appt (after they canceled twice) and when you have an appt, they leave an 8 hour window. A1 did not give us accurate information. If it were up to me, I would never use them!

The worst repair company EVER! and I didn't even request them from my warranty company. They keep closing out my repair and don't complete the work. My dryer has been torn apart for over 1 month. This company doesn't not ever deserve 1 star. They need to be shutdown. They showed up at my house and stated the issue. It took them 3 weeks to come back with a part and then state it was something else. Now this time they broke my dryer down and left it like that saying they have to order ANOTHER part! at this point just tell my warranty company to buy a new product. They keep closing out the tickets I assume to get paid and not complete the work. A-1 Repairs my backside! It has now been 2 months without a dryer. THEY NEVER ANSWER the phone. And when they do they hang up quick. Ever RUDE. Once you talk with someone they will throw a service date out for next day and DONT EVEN SHOW UP. What a waste of an LLC.

A1 repair is not doing their jobs, my parts was delivered to them on Oct 17, I tried to reach them many times, they never answer my call, finally, after two weeks, part replacement was scheduled, I was waiting them for 3 hours, but no technician showed up, then I couldn't reach them at all. After the second appointment was scheduled, their technician said he doesn't know the appointment at all. I was very disappointed with them. They are scam.

This is THE WORST company. Do NOT, I repeat - DO NOT - hire them to do any of your work. After showing up at my house (at least they showed, yes!) and fixing nothing, they just went MIA. No return calls, nothing. You've been warned.

This company was sent to my home to fix my electric dryer by the home warranty company I have, First American Home Warranty ("FAHW") on 10/20/2022. The repair man came out and told us, oh we have to order a part. It will be in in a week. Ok, we wait... nothing. We call the contractor and he was " Oh yeah we will be there tomorrow between the hours of 11-2. The next day, no one called, and no one came.
This went on for about 3 weeks...I kept calling the contractor, FAHW, and kept getting the same response...oh we called and no one answered... RIDICULOUS!!!!
On 11/10/2022, we called FAHW and when they called the contractor, they said, oh we have to order a part. WTH???????
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!

This company needs to be shutdown. COMPLETE SCAM!! Takes your deductible and never hear from them again.
What a joke of a business. Would rate as zero if system permits. This company is a subcontractor of First American Home Warranty. No shows, no status updates, parts takes over a month to come in before being able to schedule anything. Still no shows or courtesy calls after that.
Thinking of calling to talk to someone? The concept of picking up the phone is unfathomable for this clown company. Don't even try.. 20+ calls and still can't reach anyone (and yes, all during business hours). Would be great if the company would reimburse my hourly wages to take time off and sit around for a technician to show up!

Here is the take away summary:
* This company is completely unreliable,
* A-1 doesn't care about you as the consumer, just your deductible,
* A-1, will NOT, I repeat, will NOT call you the customer for any updates ( no status or arrival, no status on parts, no status of ANYTHING),
* A-1 was hired by First American Warranty, who does not monitor the ratings of the subcontractors,
* First American Warranty doesn't seems to properly review and verify contractors. When a company has 24 reviews Yelp reviews (like A-1) all with one star , AND the BBB only give the company a "C" why would you work with them?
* Guarantee, you will be frustrated and add several new profanity or curse words to your vocabulary.

I used this company because they are contracted by my home insurance, they are the worst, they send people to your home that DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, unprofessional, they broke the tray in my refrigerator, I called them 5 mins after they left my home, they asked me to send pics, I did and now they are NOT answering my calls, and they have no intention of replacing the part even though its less than $50, my insurance told me that they are liable, but its over a month calling and leaving messages , CRICKETS.. I will be reporting them to the BBB. My insurance eventually sent SEARS who came and got the job done. I don't believe that my insurance will be using them again.

This is one of the worst companies I have used in all my real estate property management career in 20 years. They were assigned to us by the First American Home warranty.
They failed to show up for three different appointment days without any phone calls and they stopped answering phone calls.

One star is being very generous. They should have zero stars. The worst service ever. They showed at my house, spent about 5 minutes and ended up putting the wrong part on my Frigidaire refrigerator. When I called them to tell them that my fridge was still not cooling, they scheduled another appointment for the weekend and never showed up. All my food went bad and had to wait 3 weeks for another company to come and fix what did were suppose to. Please do NOT used this company. They are horrible.
