Amy is a rock-friggin-star! She has mad skills and a heart that can read your puppy's mind! She pays attention to your dog's needs and is realistic about what's going to happen based on the breed, age, and current situation..... as it should be. My boys (Maltese) always look great. Most importantly, they act like they've been visiting their auntie who spoils them when I pick them up. That's everything.

Amy does a wonderful job with my girls, Pixie and Chino. They always look wonderful when they are done with their " Spa day.""
It is a very relaxed atmosphere for them.
Pricing is better than what I was paying, and the customer service is exceptional.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Was given a business card that was good for one free groom service, but after multiple reschedules over two weeks because she missed appointments or wouldn't respond to messages until late in the evening the unprofessionalism was overwhelming. I understand that it was a free service, but I should be treated like any other customer! Will not recommend these services to others, unless they are ready to waste some time!
