I couldn't suggest using this business more. Back in spring my dog had an accident and I was unable to clean it using my carpet cleaner. I had never used this company before but called them out based on others suggestion. After the initial cleaning of the carpet some of the stains needed a little more, they came right out and took care of it. It has been months now and a few stains seem to be coming up again. I reached out and spoke with Joe asking him what could I do to take care of this-without hesitating he said we will take care of it for you. We stand behind our work. Customer for life of this business.

I have used various other companies for carpet cleaning, but none of them turned out as well as A Kleener Image. I'm so impressed as to how well my white/cream carpet looked after he finished. My 15 year old carpet really looks almost brand new. Very happy & will be using again in the future.

Jason picked up a stained, dirty rug and delivered what appears to be a brand new rug. Seriously, the fringe was nearing black and now fully restored, perfect service and perfect results. Couldn't be happier!

Joe and Jason cleaned our carpets yesterday and couldn't be happier. They took their time and made sure the carpets were cleaned to the best of their ability, which is a far cry better than any other carpet cleaning company I have ever used before. Using a rotating scrubbing brush machine they were able to get a much deeper cleaning than the standard wand style carpet cleaner. Very honest and up front about the entire process. These guys were great. Talked to Joe on the phone who was upfront and honest about what they could do, given some pet issues we were dealing with. Jason came to do the work and he was fabulous. Our 15-year-old carpets had never been cleaned before and he took the time to get it right. Both Joe and Jason really know their stuff and take pride in what they do; Jason even explained some of the "mystery" stains that ran along our baseboards. Absolutely recommend.

We used Kleener Image this week and it was the best experience we have had with carpet cleaning. We recently had some work done and the contractors used sticky plastic to line our stairs hallway and parts of our master. This left the carpet sticky and it captured all of the dirt and dust and vacuuming did not help. I explained this to Joe who recommended a special citrus additive to his normal cleaning process. The job was very well done and we will use him for the rest of our carpets. He was professional and friendly and he communicates every step of the way from initial contact, reminder and a text that he is on the way. Well done. You will be glad you used Kleener Image.

How refreshing...a guy that actually answers his phone, arrives on time, does great work, offers a fair price and keeps every promise throughout the entire transaction. Our carpets looked great, Joe couldn't be any nicer and we won't hesitate for a second to call him and only him when we need cleaning again. I will never use another carpet cleaner again!!! I set up service with Joe the owner and he squeezed me in last minute! He did an incredible job on my carpets!! I can't enough about this company. My floors look amazing...the prices are unbeatable!

I waited until the last minute to get my carpets cleaned before I moved stuff into my new house so I assumed getting someone out the same day would be impossible. It must have been fate because Joe had a cancellation and was able to squeeze me in! Joe was very professional and spent a lot of time making my carpet look beautiful!
