A Lenny Locksmith -West Palm Beach

Lost all my keys at City Place in WPB! I called Lenny and he fit me into his booked day of appts. He was so fast it took him mins to get there and mins to unlock my car and make me a new key! I'm very impressed with his quick to respond, friendly service. I highly recommend Lenny the locksmith!

I called to make an appointment. Everything was completed as requested, but I have several issues.
1 - I was left to figure out how to program the lock myself.
2 - I had to clean up after the technician.
3 - The end amount high in my opinion plus was charged 3.5% for using a credit card, but that was my only option provided to pay. The service call amount was 3x the price on the website.
4 - My receipt was from a totally different company . Savage Locksmith ??
5 - I called to inquire but was told just to talk the technician. He was a 1099 employee. That makes no sense and Zero help!! Also the service call price is a "starting price " even though that is not what it states .

I called 2.5 hours ahead of time to schedule an appointment to make a key for my car. They quoted me a price saying no extra charges. The guy was still 45 minutes late and added an extra $65 onto the price. When I called them back to get this corrected they gave me the "let me get ahold of my boss and call you back". Then the tech put me on the phone with his boss who proceeded to yell at me telling me there was no way they could do it for the price they quoted. Mind you this is just a simple metal key, no programming needed. Then the tech left us here saying he had another job to do. I've now had to call someone else and wait another 30 minutes. Do not trust these guys!!! You have been warned.

Update: they called me back and said they would send another tech but they are adding on the the price. Needless to say I declined and have a much more pleasant company taking care of it for me.

BAIT AND SWITCH

locked out of my house today with my two year old. We were quoted $50 over the phone. "$35 to get you in the house and a $15 fee." The locksmith arrives and says he's going to charge me $250. I get angry because it's QUINTUPLE what I was quoted over the phone. He takes pity on the poor, hysterical lady and drops it down to $150. Gee thanks. Now it's just triple what I was quoted. These guys are total scam artists. They prey on people at their most vulnerable. Disgusting.

I am a work with unfinished progress, and this is going on to long, I will be talking to Mr. Minuto the Owner to get resolution, as it stands. Once we talk I am sure I will be able to give a honest review.

charged me 20 dollars to not unlock my home lock and instead tried to offer to break the lock for me (something i cannot do since i'm renting) told me my locks were too rusted to unlock despite me having to call a locksmith here a month ago. next time i will return to the locksmith i've used in the past instead of being charged for an unaccomplished service.

My VW's immobilizer got activated. Tony took care of it in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service! Amazing technician! Two thumbs up! Prompt service, great attitude, fantastic customer service!

As an FAU student being locked outside my car 20 minutes before my exam at FAU in Boca I was convinced I was going to miss my exam and be stuck with a hefty bill as a broke college student in tears. Luckily I called this lock smith and they were at my car and unlocked it with in 30 minutes!! That alone was a relief. Not to mention it was the least expensive locksmith in Boca.

Yes- Bait and switch. PLEASE get a quote from the technician before he does the work. Not the customer service rep. I was quoted a price of $20 for the visit plus $40 for the work. Then I was charged $120 (after they took off the $20) because the quote was for the "simpler" kind of job. It took the technician less than five minutes for the fix. Message to the company: You can get your money this way, but you won't get the repeat customers and you damage your reputation.

Excellent late night service. I lost my car keys at the Blue Martini late last week and called A Lenny locksmith. They arrived surprisingly fast and even though I had no key or spare they got me in my car and I was on my way within minutes!! I am grateful and will keep them on my speed dial seeing as I am always loosing my keys.
