A Noticed Difference

Leah (The Owner) and her staff are excellent at what they do. Every time I come into the quaint, quiet and relaxing office of "A Noticed Difference" Leah and her staff have me leaving with the new body. This is not a foo foo/Rubby dubby massage. They actually care and ask you what hurts and they pinpoint the problem and massage in the solution. Give them a shot. You will not be disappointed. You will become a normal client just like me.

Don't don't book with these people!!! There on Groupon for a reason and that is to take your money! They never have openings and when you get in and try to cancel they still charge you!!!

Don't bother booking with them. They'll make your reservation a month away and then never find it. Daniel I believe his name was in the front was tried to help us and he set for record for being inconsiderate & rude. For example when when trying to book a new reservation he asked to keep an incorrect name instead of my actual name. Location and building is great, but dissatisfied with service and management.

What a nice surprise for a Groupon spa offer. The booking was simple and efficient. Ana was amazing! She was truly experienced and knowledgeable. I felt like I was floating after my 90 minute session. I am looking forward to my next one.

A Noticed Difference, LLC is a business built on a foundation on a healthy, positive client-therapist relationship focused on giving each client the utmost professional and enjoyable experience.
I have been twice, both massages given by Jessica. I cannot find anything negative to say about her or this business.
My first visit with Jessica was very personal and professional. She asked me general health-based questions, about my job and activity level, and was very knowledgeable about underlying issues in relation to massage.
I received a deep tissue massage that was, without a doubt, the best massage I have ever had in my life. She is petite, but do not let her size fool you. This is a massage therapist with extensive knowledge and incredible God-given skill. She was born to massage and encourage healing in her clients.
My second visit was just as wonderful. I have had a very prominent knot on my upper back since high school. I am 30 now, so you can do the math. She did a series of quick tests, concluded that it may not be a typical knot and suggested I see a doctor to rule out any musculo-fascial abnormalities, but not to be alarmed.
At the end of my session, I paid for two more. Jessica is a therapist you can trust. She is not there for just a paycheck. She has a passion for what she does and she is very good at it. Ask for Jessica and tell her Marilyn sent you.

My daughter left more relaxed from her Swedish massage which was a birthday present, purchased through Groupon.

Had my first deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Jared did a great job of listening and addressing my pain points. I'm looking forward to returning. The location is very nice too.

This place is a joke. Bought a Groupon to use 4th of July weekend and signed up with Ana. I was told by the manager when I was booking that I had to redeem and give her the voucher number before she would book my appt. I told her I'd void any return or refund if I did so. Anyways I went ahead and did it because I saw the reviews for Ana and wanted to give this place a shot. A day before my massage I got called from the manager that they were canceling my appt because of their masseuse being sick with possible covid. I got upset, not cause of Ana being sick, but because I couldn't get a refund on my Groupon and I had moved my schedule around to be there on the original date. Anyways fast forward I made another appt 2 weeks later for this Sunday and I just got called by someone named Daniel that they were canceling again because Ana was sick and went ahead and changed my masseuse and my massage time. It doesn't work like that though, you gotta check with the client before you schedule things for them without their knowledge. He got defensive and said that Ana hadn't gotten a note to return back to work yet. I asked him why would they schedule appts with her if she hasn't been back in 2 weeks and hasn't gotten a note. He got defensive again and said I was yelling at him and everytime I tried to talk he kept cutting me off. I said his customer skills were bad and that he should let the customer vent and talk and that I wasn't yelling at him but asked him why would yall schedule appts for her when she hasnt been back and doesn't have a note yet. Then he replied, I dunno?? My boss told me to tell you this, I'm just the messenger and started to freak out again. I really hope the phone calls are recorded like they say they are because when I let him know I'd call his manager later today and said he was rude he started to yell at me again so I hung up on him. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Unfortunately they get a 1.
