A Pro Home Inspection Albuquerque Metro

Aaron did my inspection and was very kind and thorough. He started early and didn't rush. I would definitely use A-Pro again and it was also very convenient that the company coordinated my termite inspection/ sewer scope. The inspection report also came in a timely manner.

We are now past the "guarantee" on the inspection but immediately after purchasing this house there was tons of plumbing problems and while I tried to follow the inspector around, this was the 2nd home he had inspected a potential home of mine. He went very quickly and missed some BIG plumbing issues, and electrical issues. I'm glad I got a home warranty or I would be starving.

The inspector, himself, is nice enough. He just seems to not like people or be very fond of being educational. He kept his mask on, that's a plus!

If you're a 1st time homebuyer then you need someone who will slow down and go over things with you. This is not that guy/company. You cannot show up early to a home inspection to find the inspector has started without you, and he did this both times.

I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but he saved me from the 1st house with a thorough inspection, but for this 2nd house he FLEW through the inspection-- leaving me buying a home with a broken garbage disposal, water shut off valve that did not work, hot water heater malfunctioning, and MULTIPLE electrical outlets either did not work or were broken in full. While the report just states "slow draining" the problems were FAR WORSE.

Add to it that pest control goes through the company, and the pest control folks will NOT release the findings to you directly-- you have to go through A-Pro to get them. So when this family ran company (the mother) decides she will "get back to you" when she is ready... and that "ready" never comes, it can negatively affect your purchase of a home.

It's sad that my 1st inspection & communication with this company was an A+ and then the 2nd time around they totally dropped the ball. That lack of sound customer service is too dangerous in the housing market. Rushing through an inspection on hundreds of thousands of dollars of investment is not good business practice.

If you go with A-Pro be sure to get a home warranty.

Quick scheduling time. Very thorough and knowledgeable about issues going on within the home we were looking to buy. (I'm pretty sure our inspectors name was Dustin) he found a pretty significant water leak that was causing water damage. He used an infrared camera to detect moisture which would have been a huge cost after buying the house. We were grateful we had our inspection done with A Pro.

Great service! Easy scheduling, helpful customer service, efficient paperwork. I couldn't be there for my inspection, and the inspector FaceTimed me to go over his findings from the property. His report was thorough and detailed. Would definitely recommend A Pro.

A truly PROFESSIONAL company. Scheduling was easy through the website and call back was prompt. The front office staff was very friendly. Danny, my inspector, was on time and knew his stuff. My crawl space is a mess but he was able to inspect most of it. Danny took the time to discuss the main issues with my crawl space and show me photos.
