Ruben and Filip helped us renovate our 1913 craftsman to provide better accessibility and contemporary convenience while preserving and enhancing the character of the structure.

We worked with them to convert our front steps to a curving concrete ramp, and gut-renovated the primary bathroom to create a thresholdless shower. The results are highly unique, technically impressive, and feel as though they were part of the original plan of the house.

Work included intricate custom mosaic tiling, built-in cabinetry, and some incredibly tricky concrete and stucco work to create seamless additions to our home.

Ruben and team were highly responsive, and willing to work through minute details to get the right results. They also provided us with fair and transparent pricing on the bid and throughout the construction process.
