      A-Team Automotive is very professional. Their facility is top notch. Their customer service is phenomenal. They have worked on several of my vehicles. Every time I leave this establishment I feel like I have been taking care of. A-Team Automotive is the most honest Auto Repair business I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend the company for all Automotive issues.

      Great service !
      They squeezed in an AC diagnostic on my son's Silverado and fixed in within a few hours .
      Family owned/ operated as well.
      Aaron took time to explain the process to me and the warranty over the phone prior to the service. Office staff was also very friendly and professional.

      I have been trying to let it go but SORRY I cannot.
      I moved to Temecula a couple months ago and I was looking for a trustworthy place with a good reputation to fix my Toyota Siena 2004 to fix the sound comes from the front wheels and the dashboard lights which were on.
      Regardless to the amount they charged me which is $976.67 ($598 for labor), However, what makes me put this review is the bad customer service we had and the bad communication.
      1- Aeron only show up one time to show me the parts need to be fixed. Rather than that he did not even after completing the job. I do not think this is right. Even the surgeon supposes to talk to the patient after the surgery to check if they have any technical questions.
      2- So, you will deal with the lady at the front (Britney)
      3- Customer service is not about to offer a water bottle. It is about how to be patient with the customer and show respect in your answers even if the customer does not have the knowledge required to go over the job or even if you do not like them or they are not your target.
      4- Your software is not a holy book which everyone must follow otherwise the customer should be kicked out of your heaven.
      5- Questioning the price and negotiation is not a crime and it is not as the gas price as you said. That is not right. Anywhere and everywhere the price can be negotiated, and the customer has the right to discuss it with the technical person and ask all the questions. No need to be mean even if we are not your favorite kind of customer.
      6- Staying late was your choice and it was obvious that you do that to get your money. Your call to do the payment on the phone and leave my car key somewhere was very bad and gave a bad image about the place. I called the office, and I gave the option to pick the car on Monday as you said before because I was stuck in the traffic because I have oral surgery and I informed the office the day before that I will be in LA
      7- I am not satisfied with the way that my wife and I have been treated because she was asking if you charged hourly or how do you calculate the cost.
      8- Aeron, I came to your shop thinking I will find the service and the customer service which make me satisfied. I should not be deal with a claim collector.
      Britney, I will look for another place; as you told us; to check and diagnosis my car and to check the lights and the codes. I will look for the place who can love and respect the customer and welling to build a good relationship.

      The staff at A team automotive is very nice and friendly. Brittany and annet at the front desk are very helpful and communicative. I had come here once before and had no issues. When I came in to get a quote for issues with my A/C and headlights, they charged me nearly $300 just for the diagnostic of my blower motor and and resistor. Then, they quoted me an additional $1700 to replace these components and to fix two door locks on my truck. Extremely overpriced as they wanted to charge $350 for the blower motor parts when I found them elsewhere (rock auto) for $100. They also messed up my headlights when running the diagnostics as the mechanics seemed to be in a hurry to get home since they leave earlier then closing time. The "off" function on my headlights no longer work, they stay on. Brittany did offer for me to take it back in to get that fixed but I don't have the time as they are closed on weekends. I understand the cost of business and markups but this is just way too much. They do seem like very nice and a trustworthy small business but do not have fair prices compared to market value.

      I've gone to A Team Automotive for years now and will not trust anyone else with my or my family's vehicles. They are the most honest, patient and reliable mechanic I've ever known. I had an issue with my engine that I had no idea was so severe. It was so serious that they told me it wasn't safe to drive it. I am very appreciative of them looking out for my safety and well being! I will be a customer for life

      Will not touch a car older than 1996 no matter the price or task, apparently. Quite snippy about it as well.

      Took our car here early this week for a/c repair they solved the problem quickly and efficiently and their fee was very reasonable. Best of all everyone was friendly and accommodating, will return for any future auto issues .

      Really nice and refreshing to find such a top notch and honest auto repair shop. Annette & Aaron are the awesome owners that are very thorough and will tell you straight up if any work on your vehicle is necessary or not. They just earned customers for life after servicing both our vehicles

      Great family owned auto shop. They are very thorough when explaining anything wrong with the vehicle and very reasonable in cost. I definitely recommend anyone to contact them if they have any car problems.
