Took my mom's car in for a free diagnostic and they were very professional and helpful.
I highly recommend.

Am currently using A Tram Transmission to fix my vehicle. Their communication is absolutes horrible. They have had my truck for almost a month which was only supposed to be a week job as per the lady that answers the phones. I called on Monday and was told that it should be ready to go by Wednesda. I have made several attempts to call them since Wednesday including 3 times today but, only get a voicemail. No one has called me back. Now it is Friday and, I am still without my work truck.

Brought my car in for a transmission service. Dropped it off overnight on a Sunday, car didn't even get looked at til 4pm Thursday. Awful responsiveness to phone calls, lack of communication between staff. Overall a very disorganized establishment, plus I've had issues with my vehicle in the weeks following repairs. I DO NOT recommend going here for vehicle service

I use this place over 25 years ago. My son's car broke down so I had it towed to them to their shop and Pickerington. They fixed his car for $1,600. A month and a half after they fixed it his clutch blew up. Even though their receipt says they have a 12-month warranty they said we're not going to Warrant the parts or labor because it's his fault. I took my car there in the meantime to get fixed and after they fixed it they came out and said oh by the way your second and third gear is grinding I said it never did that before and the guy in the shop I think the manager there just Shrugged his shoulders and put his hands up like oh well not my problem. Do not go to this place I'm currently filing a lawsuit against them because every single part they put on the car my son's car lasted a month and a half my car had to have the parts replaced now I have to get a new transmission so everything they touched had to be repaired and more repairs do not go here this shop is a bunch of scammers and a bunch of idiots that don't care about their customers.

Last week I had to have my car towed for serviced - it was determined that additional attention was needed sure to transmission issues. After my stomach sank and visions of danced in my head. The A Team Transmission was recommended. They quickly did diagnostics and identified the issue. They communicated the issue w me and immediately fixed the issue and had me back on the road. I applaud Larry and his team for being responsive and professional.

Less than one star! My wife and I took our vehicle in for an inspection. They had my car for 6 days and couldn't find what was wrong with it. No big deal there, that happens so we go to pick the car back up. Find out the catalytic converter got stolen while in their possession. Found out a few days prior that someone else car was vandalized (manager told us directly, it was a minivan with the passenger rear window broken). A-Team quickly responds with they are not liable and quickly showed us the door. We tried contacting the owner Sean Avner via phone and email with no response. Their service "MIGHT" be good but they will leave your car outside overnight, parking lot is wide open, not well lit, and a camera that doesn't capture anything for anyone drive up and vandalize/burglarize. A-Team will tell you they are not liable and will quickly stop communicating with you and will not work with you on this subject at all. Either someone on staff knows who is vandalizing these vehicles or the people doing it knows how easy it is to break into these vehicles with A-Teams lack of security. Either way I wouldn't leave my car their overnight for any reason! If they can't get to it that day DO NOT LEAVE YOU CAR WITH THEM! They will tell you their not liable and you will be left paying for the cost of the repairs out of your own pocket for something that happened on their property and in their care.

I hope everyone reads this review and dont end up like us or the person's van that was vandalized.

Lastly, police will not do anything!!! To help. They will not investigate at all and will tell you to handle it through your insurance so this pattern will continue.

Needed some transmission work (rebuild). Hector was honest and informative from the start. Fairly priced and I didn't pay more than what was quoted over the phone. Kept me updated throughout the work. Noticed a tiny leak after I got my truck back. Took it back and they got it taken care of within the day with no charge thanks to the warranty. Will recommend to anyone, hopefully won't have to go back there but if something comes up I will.

I took my Liberty to A team transmissions' Main Street store for diagnostics and found out that I was driving a vehicle that was not safe to be on the road. Both Sean, the owner, and Larry, the store manager, were very informative and great at communicating what the issue was, the process of what needed to be done and how much it would cost to me.

My car needed to stay at the shop and I needed a ride back to home. Larry was so kind to ask one of the employees to drop me off during their work hours. Many thanks to John who is another friendly member of A team transmission!

They replaced the u-joints and repaired the drive shaft at a very competitive price. It feels like driving a new car again! I appreciate for the superior customer service provided!! I would highly recommend A team transmissions' business to anyone who has concerns and worries about having their car repaired by trustworthy people. Thank you so very much to everyone who assisted me and took care of my car at A team transmissions! 5+ stars business!

I have never had better service. Not only where they kind and straightforward, they fixed a problem that was not caused by their work when it started to leak, no charge. They put in a new transmission that I had ordered. They had the unit ready to go when the new one arrived and the work was well done and very timely. I would give them six stars if I could.
