I used a guy who answered the phone at this company (Ray). He came to my home (4) FOUR times and did not resolve my BB issue. Unfortunately, I paid him in cash. What a mistake. I think he used product that had been watered down. I paid a lot of money for nothing. My BB problem turned into a nightmare because it was not resolved correctly the first time. The next company I used knew what he was doing. Be careful. I paid the next company by check. I learned my lesson.
