AAA Nail Hair & Spa

So on this day I took a chance here because the usual nail shop I go to was closed and I had a painful broken nail. The first thing that went wrong was she did a design that was opposite from the picture I showed her. The clear was suppose to be a brown, then she rushed through doing my nail. I walked out with my nail looking like this and I have to spend extra money to get my nails done. Very dissatisfied and will not return. I learned a lesson don't cheat on your regular nail tech.

First time going to a nail salon all year and I have to say they did a really good job! I got a no chip and it turned out exactly like the picture, very pretty, and my step daughter got a zebra design they also did a very nice job with. Very friendly service.

The nicest ladies work here. Great work and always friendly. Gel manicures are long lasting and well done. Shop is clean. The women who work here are top notch. Check out Sue and her sister

This place is convenient for me to stop at after work. I had a great experience! The staff was friendly when I walked in, Katy helped me pick a color and paid attention to detail. She shaped my nails perfectly and made sure I was happy with every step of the way. If you go in here, I highly recommend Katy! I will be back!

Let me explain the reason for my rating.
First of all the ladies who work here are all very nice.
My problem was with the owner.

He actually yelled across the whole room, at me as a customer for not picking out my color ahead of time, which I did do, but it was dried out. I explained that, and so did the lady doing my pedicure.
I thought he was joking. He was not!
He got so mad that both of us called him out and said, I did pick out the color and it was no good, he came over in a rage, red angry face and screamed in this poor ladies face, "don't you ever talk back to me, you understand me?"
He walked away. I said, "was he kidding?" she said no. I couldn't believe it. Not only did he treat a customer with such disrespect, he embarrassed his own employee in front of the entire salon.
I will be telling everyone I know about how he treated her, and me today. Mr. Owner, you need to learn respect, how to treat customers, employees, and women in general.

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY Circumstances!!!!!!!!!when I walked in I said I need a full set and a pedicure, she did my pedicure fine, before I got up from getting my pedicure she said "ok I do your hands now" but when it came down to my hands she started eating a sandwich and had me wait and the she come up to me and says "did you want your hands done to? And even her coworkers got mad at her. When she finally did my nails she did a white Vshape.....I literally asked for pink French tip regular shaped but not only did she do white and not pink she refused to do the diamonds bc she said it was to much work. She also tried to convince me to keep the nails bc it would take to long to re do them so I had her take it off and she did a clear polish and I was charged $80 which is regular price. Also she tried to break my fingers out of anger even though it was her fault. My hands have never hurt so bad and I did not want to cause a scene because I had my baby sister with me and she has severe anxiety. To top it all off she cut my fingers and they look infected now, right where my cuticles are. I WISH I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS!! When I called me get my money back the manager said you can get that out of your head because I'm not doing that.

I use to always go here.. my boyfriend made me get my nails done because he was going to propose (I was not aware he was going to) and so I got my nails done by the person who I always see waxing and never did nails. I was not happy with the results. I refused to post any photos of my nails after I got engaged and still haven't. In less than a week the nails were already chipping and my hair was getting caught in them.

Joy is the absolute best! She always shapes my nails exactly how I want them & she makes great conversation while doing so! Thank you for the stellar customer service joy , you're the best !!

Ask for Joy!! literally my favv & the coolest . I've gone here for 8+ yrs n I've unfortunately moved outta the area n it's been 3-4 yrs since. I have been coming back because no one does my nails like her. Love ya Joy! Keep doing your thing!
