Aava Dental Lake Elsinore

Was referred by my aunt to try this dental place out. Long history short, I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to having a bad experience when I was younger and have always had it since.

Anywho, tried this place out and entire staff is very friendly and patient! They make sure your needs are met and make sure you are comfortable and will constantly ask you if you're ok or in pain. They try to ease any anxiety you may have.

The ladies in the front, Grace and Bianca will go above and beyond to make sure everything is explained thoroughly with your insurance and treatment plan as well. They will try and get you in right away if needed.

This office has by far been amazing! My husband and my father now comes here and we all have had great experience. Definitely recommend!

Worst dental hygienist ever. She spent no more than 2 minutes on my son's teeth cleaning. Despite the dentist saying he had tartar build up, she did no scaling, no flossing, only a polishing. Then, she had the nerve to refuse to assist with his sealants or clean my daughter's teeth since I complained about it. So the dentist cleaned my daughter's teeth himself. The dentist was great, but the hygienist didn't deserve a penny of my insurance money and needs to be let go asap. All front office staff were kind and welcoming, but I won't be returning unless the hygienist is replaced.

Dr Wade is a awesome Dr, and has a great and friendly staff. I am glad to have found him and hope you will too!

Shirley was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very patient. I truly recommend them.

The words to describe this office are despicable and money hungry. NEVER go to Ava dental.
I have been their patient. For just over a year and this office has done nothing but ruined my teeth.
Besides my teeth hurting like crazy after every procedure for months and months.
I had a root canal done on my upper right tooth with the manager rosy.
She told me she sent pre authorization to my insurance to cover the porcelain tooth. A month passes and I keep calling her every week to see if it's been approved. She tells me not yet. Next week I call and she's gone! She just up and quit and my paper work got lost in the bunch. I told Erica to send my pre authorization. She says she has. A month passed and it still wasn't approved!!! I called insurance myself and finally they tell me THEY NEVER EVEN KNEW ABOJT THE TOOTH!!!! I called Erica very angry and she was kind enough to be more thorough. It wasn't her fault she was new so it's understandable. She is the only good decent employee here to me at least. But my insurance expired and a few months later my tooth breaks ! I come in and I'm sitting here, no insurance, paid 19$ and this new young Hispanic doctor named dr Wade tells me he wants me to pay 1200$ for a new back to the tooth, tries scaring me into buying it. Or he can fill it . I said I can't afford the procedure right now so just fill it. He then just shuts me out completely and says he won't fill my tooth anymore. I asked why and he said he doesn't feel comfortable. I wait an hour and he wanted to go to lunch so he said to wait. So in total for this specific tooth. This office is despicable, money hungry. I went to an office just up the street called Lake View dental and they extracted a tooth for free.

Overall I am so disappointed that out of every dentistry I came here. Please save yourself the money.


Joana the employee was extremely rude and irritated with me for being irritated with the office. And insisted I was lying. This office and staff aren't consistent. They are always changing management, always changing staff. So your records get lost here. Trust a stranger save your money.
I will never be one to exaggerate circumstances or speak bad about a business but this was such a bad experience for me.

This review is solely for the ortho team and front staff! I love Bryanna and Dr Dacker they are amazing! They don't make you feel like you're just another patient. They are kind, fast, and friendly! Grace is lovely and I don't think I've ever caught the other girls name (I am so sorry!) but she's just as sweet and welcoming.

Their new location is nice. They always are helpful and nice. They have really fixed my years of oral neglect.

They were phenomenal with my husband, i intend to start getting my teeth cleaned here as well.

First time going to this Dental office the staff and Dr. Wade are great!! I will recommend and go back.

I don't even know where to start EXCEPT that if you are looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, friendly and the entire staff is welcoming and pleasant and just so helpful look no further. My husband was being treated at another dental place and spent a lot of out of pocket cost and was still in not OK. Within weeks he developed severe pain, couldn't chew on both sides and was extremely sensitive. Last night was horrible so I looked for a different dentist and came across Aava Dental. From the minute I called in to ensure they accepted our insurance and were within network Grace was very pleasant over the phone and extremely helpful. I knew immediately this place was the right place. I looked up their reviews and it just felt right . She was able to schedule my husband to be seen today and everything was just fabulous. Great customer service all around. Dr was very informative and explained everything very well. Turns out he needed 4 root canals!!!!! Root canal pain is out of this world and this entire time he's been suffering with this pain! The staff was very helpful in explaining the out of pocket cost and also provided us with the different companies they work with for credit besides care credit. Within minutes he was approved and all the work got done. He left with his prescription in hand and although a bit numb and sore he was very thankful and relieved he received the help he needed. We are so thankful to the entire Staff for all the support and for being so wonderful. You now have a long term patient for good! Please look no further you will absolutely agree with our experience after your visit and not regret it! Let's face it we are all scared of the dentist but here they make it so comfortable and welcoming that you forget all about your fears! Make your appointment
