The female dentist was really quite good at fitting the first dentures I ever
had. No overcharging at all. Some of these rip off dentists want $1500 up
front , before any treatment. AAVA dental was great. they only charged
me $375 as a copay, and the rest was covered under my insurance. Great
company. Cant say enough good things about them!

I recently had a visit to AVA DENTAL for a routine checkup. Despite having no prior dental issues, I wanted to ensure that my teeth were in good condition. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite unpleasant. Following the checkup, I unexpectedly ended up with nerve damage in one of my teeth. Dr. Rosie attended to a couple of cavities during the visit, but shortly thereafter,I began experiencing nerve pain on the right side whenever I bit down on certain foods. Upon returning for a re-evaluation, both Dr. Rosie and her assistant assured me that everything appeared fine and no issues were evident. Despite repeatedly expressing my discomfort, they maintained that there was nothing visibly wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business to others.
If I can give them zero stars I would I went in for a checkup left with nerve pain.

(1) Great customer service plus the explanation of treatment was easy, smooth & understandable. The office manager explained exactly what insurance covers and how the remaining balance is the portion of what services I was getting done same day!
(2) The Dentist did such a awesome job on my treatment that I didn't feel any discomfort .

First visit at Aava Dental went well. Ladies at the front desk, Vanessa & Mariana were kind, helpful and informative. Doctor was professional and courteous. Happy with the services performed and will definitely be back for my routine visits. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist.

The front desk lacks proficiency and communication skills, often interrupting concerns and failing to align with the dentist or effectively explain recommended procedures. Seeking a second opinion is advisable due to their tendency to prioritize expensive options and their overall rudeness and disorganization.

X-Ray, Exam and Cleaning $79 in Aava Dental. They checked and specially broke my filling on my tooth that was normal. I did not ask them to touch it. They do business breaking and making filling .Be Careful.

I went for a cleaning, they did x rays, oral exams. The doctor said no cavities, and started talking about Invisalign. I said that I was not interested in the orthodontist treatment, only in a prophylaxis (professional cleaning) then he mentioned two cavities that needed crowns. (After he said that I had no cavities). After the proposal, I went to another dentist and BOOM! No cavities at all.

This doctor was trying to damage my natural teeth and replace them for two crown when it was not required.

If you go to this place try a second opinion.

Dr. Charlotte is very personable. She made me feel comfortable after a bad dental experience in the past. She was gentle and it was painless. She explained everything that she was doing. I'm very pleased with her work.

Went there to get my crown replaced as I broke them. They did xray and checked all my teeth and told me all the problems but didn't push me to get them fixed asap like other dentists do. Dr.Rosie took care of me and she was very gentle and super nice. Explained her whole procedure during treatment. Crown fit perfectly on 1st try. Cannot be more happier. Will be back to get my other teeth fixed for sure. Highly recommend Dr.Rosie.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Aava Dental, North Hollywood! The assistant was friendly and very familiar with all the high-tech equipment that was utilized in my check up. This included, stand up x-ray machine, photos of my mouth and teeth, and a scanner that created a three dimensional model of my jaw. The doctor was very professional. He took the time to explain what procedures he recommended and why he felt the need to be done. The staff behind the front desk and back in the Dentest "check-up" room were all very professional! I would absolutely recommend this office to my family and friends!!
