Very professional company that does great work. I've seen posts indicating they are pricey but my take is they are a "best value" contractor (price competitive with superior results). This is our second year with Abracadabra. We have a two building condominium complex on Russian Hill that has difficult access to many of the windows. We bid this work out and are happy to pay a slight premium for their workmanship and level of service.

Had great experience with Window Wizards. Michael & his team of trained window cleaners did a fantastic job. We have a lot of windows, skylights, large outdoor glass railing and hard to clean French style sliding patio doors. They cleaned all them all sparkling, getting in the nooks, crannies, removing any spider webs, sea salt grime. They paid special attention to detail as well as raised our expectations with their great customer service.

*This is a review of Abracadabra's business practices only* I can't comment on the quality of their work, because they never showed up.

Michael of Abracadabra called me 10 minutes before he was supposed to show up at my house and told me he wouldn't be coming due to rain. Rain? It was 70 degrees out. A beautiful October Indian Summer day in San Francisco.

It did rain, 7 days later.

Whatever the real reason Michael didn't show up had nothing to do with the weather. I'm guessing it had more to do with watching the Giants.
This was a big job ($1,000) and what really irritated me was that I took the day off from work to oversee the the project.

I wish I had read Abracadabra's spotty Yelp reviews first!!!

Michael and his team just cleaned our house windows in preparation for an open house. We knew our windows needed cleaning, but didn't realize how much until they started working...

What a difference! They are super efficient and detailed. I saw Michael going around the house one more time just to check his work before leaving.

I'm rating this neutral because I did not actually experience the service. I tried to schedule for my studio apartment but was told Michael has a 10-window minimum. I think it's important for Yelpers to know this.

Michael was referred to me by my landlord. I live in a flat above the garage and needless to say I do not have a ladder high enough or the patience to clean my own windows - 13 in all. Michael arrived promptly, did a review and got to work. When I look out my windows it looks as though there is no glass there. I am so happy I called him and you will be too!

Michael and his team did amazing and quick work and he was definitely better priced than others I spoke with. They were efficient, good at communicating and were able to schedule with me quickly. I highly recommend this service.

I had Michael do my yearly window cleaning - this time exterior and interior. He did a great job again. I highly recommend Abracadabra's window cleaning!
