The inspection that I received from the company was extremely thorough! From the initial communication down to schedule the actual inspection. Rick when through the inspection and left my mind at ease. I would absolutely recommend this company for inspection services.

Called on a weekday evening around dinner time and rick answered the phone. I wasn't even a current client of his and he was gracious enough to answer all of my questions about a home inspection report I had received from another company. He took the time to really explain everything and was very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. Sounds like he really knows his stuff and cares about the buyers best interests.

Above and beyond. My realtor recommended Rick for home inspection and so we gave him a call. We actually called on a holiday thinking that we would leave a message and they would respond the next day, not only did he answer, but he also talked with us for a bit to explain the process. All the way through the date of the inspection, he kept us posted and followed up on any questions or concerns we had. Very friendly and professional the whole time, and we were most impressed post inspection. We knew the inspection report would take time, so we were ready to be patient-- but it took Rick practically no time at all. The best and most important part is that he was incredibly thorough, and the website Absolute Assurance uses was intuitive and easy to navigate. Already at this point I would have considered the services excellent and rated 5 stars. Upon hearing I was coming into town to do a walkthrough of the house, Rick came and spent 2 hours of his Sunday afternoon sitting with my realtor and I, walking through each of the items of concern. We would give you more stars if we could, Rick! You're awesome!
