Absolute Tint & Sound

Stopped there the other day to see what thay had to say or could do about a "NISSAN" sticker on the roof rack of my 2015 Xterra that was starting to peel. The vehicle is beyond "cherry" so it was the biggest flaw on it and I wasn't sure I could peel it cleanly. Was open to removing it and leaving it that way or replacing it.

2 guys working, both were nice/helpful and didn't answer me when I asked how much to remove it, but one started working on it. Didn't take very long, and it was as clean as I could expect. Now if you look close you can still see the letters but they are kind of like "stealth" lettering and I may leave it that way. If I want to replace it, that part is pretty easy.

I asked how much $ and they wouldn't take any money. If I ever need anything else that they can do I will go back.

I have had (2) vehicles completed here ( tinting windows ) both within a month. They did a very Satisfying job ( mission completed ), but two (2) back to back vehicles in less than three weeks ' no discounts customer appreciation even offered ' WOW ...nice job though --its all about the Benjamin's $$

Made an appointment today at 2:30 was told that the appointment was at 2pm when I got there and that they could not do it. They did offer to reschedule but we could already see there was a problem in communication and not apologetic. Husband made the appointment and wanted to speak to someone the man would not get on the phone. I just believe this was really sorry customer service so we're going somewhere else.
