Accurate Basement Repair

We get water in our basement during big storms. We called Accurate Basement Repair and Jon came out. After assessing the inside and outside, he talked me through various scenarios, steps, etc., but ultimately point to an external and non-basement repair that we should undertake first. Great professionalism and candid feedback on our situation; I didnt' feel upsold or blown off, just a good conversation. If the external fixes don't do the trick, I'll be calling them back; no need to keep looking for a basement contractor!

I bought a fixer upper in Pleasant Prairie a few weeks ago. My HVAC guy noted some potential problematic areas in crawl space/basement area. To say I was nervous about cost would be an understatement. Kyle came out and did an inspection. He completely reassured me that everything was fine. My biggest shock was when I asked what he would do about some other minor issues and he told me he would leave them alone. I can't remember the last time I had someone NOT try to sell me something. Will absolutely use in the future.

left a lot of stuff undone and tore the downspout off the house and just left it. when I finally noticed it and called they where extremely rude and said they would have BrIan call me a never did. I was in the trades for a lot of years and can't believe they would treat customers like that and think its okay

We knew there was an issue with the basement wall as we could see it bowing in. We had worked with another contractor on my in laws basement and they were always late and when they did show up, they would take all kinds of breaks and leave early. After a number of quotes from different places, we had Accurate fix our issues.

They showed up first thing in the morning when they said they would and worked tirelessly to get my wall and drain tile fixed. When the village inspector suggested a drain tile test the owner of Accurate was out in 15 minutes to asses the extra work and helped the team with the work. They had a professional air cleaner running the whole time they worked and put down drop cloths and plastic up to protect everything else. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I normally don't write these but I feel like I should. Kyle came out to look at an adverse issue that I THOUGHT I was having in my basement, only to tell me that it was normal and recommended to remove the metal landscape edging I use around the house instead of bricks which acts as a dam since there is nowhere for the water to escape. Also made one more recommendation( something they don't even sell). I also thought I would ask to have beams put up as a future precaution. He measured the walls and said I'll probably never need them...Talk about there is still honest people left in this world.

Accurate Basement did a professional job installing reinforcement beams in the basement of our home in New Berlin, Wis. This is an honest company with a sterling reputation in the industry, and we highly recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I recieved from accurate basement repair. They over promised and under delivered on their basement service. They came to do a full basement job and half way through informed me that they could not do a major part of the project. The owner Chris came to assess the situation and told me that he could do the work but it woule cost thousands more and they would not warranty it. They credited me less than the cost of the repair they did not do. They also damaged my property and refuse to fix it properly. If you like to overpay and get a half completed job go with accurate.

I had them out for an inspection . Very knowledgeable and professional . It's refreshing to deal with a company that's not looking to take advantage . I would highly recommend Accurate Basement Repair !

Brian Leffler is absolutely fantastic. I was warned that this company might try to create fear and try to upsell me, but it was completely the opposite. Brian looked at the slight efflorescence that concerned me and eased my mind by stating I had no foundation issues. He gave me some tips on how to monitor my basement for any future issues, gave me his card, and didn't charge me anything for the consultation.
