Shawn is knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced. He called me and told me what to look for saving me a service call. He's always been great to work with!

Just don't have enough good things to say about Shawn. He gave me a great deal on a tub he rebuilt himself, included steps and a cover, and worked with me on the timing of the installation. The tub was a surprise for my daughter, and she LOVES it. Shawn has earned my loyalty the old-fashioned way: by being good at what he does and by being a good guy. 5 stars!

I had left a review over a year ago - for some reason it was removed. Shawn was very rude, used profanity with my wife, and smelled strongly of weed on his last visit. We used Shawn the first time to replace our computer system on our hot tub. Everything went normal - pretty good. Then, about 13 months later - the new computer system stopped working. Naturally we called Shawn. When he came over, he reeked of weed. When he was questioned about the computer system, he became very rude, even cussing at my wife. He said the motor is what made the computer go bad. He took several things apart - told my wife to have me call him, then left. When I got home I called him to see what was up, and to see why he cussed my wife. He instantly became rude, and started cussing me as well. He said I didn't know anything and I should just up and pay him what he says.... Naturally, we called someone else - for $150 our computer system was fixed and we got to enjoy out hot tub..... Now fast forward to now... Shawn has been calling my wife and texting all week harassing her about a review left over a year ago!! He was acting so psycho- we had to block him!--- BEWARE!!!

Very prompt service, turned out to only be a fuse. Which Sean educated me on why it blew and how to change in the future also left me a spare. Seemed very knowledgeable about hot tubs. Would call again

Not sure what happened with Will, but Shawn has always been a responsive and great hot tub tech. He is an excellent communicator via text, and every time I've need his counsel, he always makes himself available quickly. This time my 7 year old cheap hot tub began to leak around all the jets, and whatever the seal used to seat the jets deteriorated and caused a major chemical imbalance that affected the smooth running of my motor. He was very up front and honest with me, and suggested that I consider a replacement hot tub, rather than spend a ton of money and time to repair my cheapee tub. I've used and trusted Shawn for a couple of years now, and I would highly recommend him if you have a local hot tub issue. His help with a replacement used tub in excellent condition, in a timely manner, was over and beyond just servicing my old tub. The replacement Hot Spring TX Solana tub looks new, even though it was 10 years old...he had replaced the motor and control box, but you would never know it was 10 years old...the exterior and interior shell and casing looked and I am a very happy camper. His price to deliver, install, and haul away my old tub was more than fair for what I am looking at, and for the amount of work required. Last week, he even followed up with a text to see how my daily use was going and if everything was OK. Today, I needed him to stop by to get me the S/N from the interior of tub, so I could order a new replacement cover, and within a few hours he showed up, after texting me, got the serial number I needed, and even brought me a spare filter...all that for NO CHARGE!! So, again, based on my experience with Shawn, I have to give him a 5-star rating for going over and beyond, since he knew the tub was a medical therapeutic requirement for my legs. Overall, I'm a highly satisfied customer and will continue to rely on and recommend Shawn for all tub/spa work. Thank You Shawn!!

Shawn was not punctual. He acted like he was the only person who really knew hottubs. Against my better judgement we had him replace our control system. It malfunctioned (wouldn't heat) in less than a year. He then try to say it was our motor that caused the malfunction- i took the motor to 2 different companies that tested it and said everything was fine. When shawn came back (2 months later) to install our controller - he became so angry about the motor that he started swearing at my wife. Lexington County Sheriff was called and now we have to take him to small claims court. Basically he pocketed $400 from us - even knowing we had just lost our son. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!!!!
