I have used Action Spa for years. They are always professional and reliable On a recent service call Nick came to our house. He lived up to their high standards and spent the time helping to educate me about my system and what preventative items might be needed in the future

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the customer service team was responsive and prompt. They were scheduling about a week out when I contacted them but they kept in communication via text. Ian showed up on time for the appointment, was very polite and professsional, quickly figured out the issue, and fixed it. He cleaned up and left everything the way it is. He also offered to measure our cover, because it was obviously falling apart. so we could order a replacement cover through their supplier.

I can't comment on the price, as I have no experience with hot tub repair until now, but it seemed reasonable. I will definitely call them again when I have another issue.

Our spa stopped working, the manufacturer's service department sent us a part they thought was the culprit and referred us to Action Spa Repair for the labor. Ian arrived on time for the appointment and installed the pump. After refilling the spa, we were still unable to get it going. We called Action Spa the next day and they were able to have Ian come by that same day to diagnose the problem. Turned out we needed a new blower. Ian came back the next day and installed the blower, making our spa fully functional again! Our experience with Action Spa Repair was a good one and we appreciated Ian's professionalism, good humor and patiently explaining all phases of the job. We would not hesitate to call Action Spa Repair again should we need them.

They showed up with none to the correct parts despite us providing all the information needed to procure said parts
The charged us $150 for the visit with the caveat that the $150 would be deducted when they came back with the correct parts
They called us back with a quote that was absolutely insane. $650 plus labor
My husband ordered all the (correct) parts himself and completed the entire job within 30 minutes
And they kept our $150
Zero stars. Do not recommend

I have an older spa and always use Action Spa
for my repairs. Ian came out yesterday and put in a new heater for me. He did a terrific job. Now it is working like a charm!

Action Spa was easy to make an appointment, and Nick was great. He was able to come earlier in day and fixed the problem quickly.

Highly recommend Action Spa for your spa repair needs. These guys are pros. They were prompt and knew exactly what needed to get done. Nick, their service tech, was knowledgeable and willing to explain exactly what was going on and what needed to be done.

After a lot of rain my hot tub had water damage . Uriah and Nick help me get service immediately somehow and did a fantastic job . They're very professional friendly and I'll be using them always in the future . I live in the Del Mar area

My older model spa wasn't heating up, I just bought the house. I called the warranty insurance that was sold to me when i bought the house. Twice they came out to check the spa and twice they told me the insurance coverage didn't cover my repairs. I finally decided to call Action Spa Repair. I had never use them or called them before.
