62213902108Feb 28, 2022Came in here during the snowstorm since everything else seemed to be closed. Plus my hubs wanted to see if they had any trains he works on (he's a conductor) Our son had a blast in here watching the train go on the track, super nice people who work there. Gave him a little caboose to bring home. :)

Couldn't believe the 1 star reviews I saw on this business at first until I took up their business for their so called "full service center for Traxxas" and I dropped it off the guy said about 2 weeks. So after a month I left an email, called again & left a voicemail & called again left my number to the lady, and NO REPLY after 3 calls. Not a single care in the world for their customers, a single response and I would be satisfied, but they don't care. I went in and took my Traxxas back after almost 2 month of it sitting in the shop and zero progress made. Stay away! Take your business somewhere else plenty of pool and hobby places around.

First of all, you did not buy the truck from us, you have never purchased anything at our store. When you came in you were told we were not taking in any repairs because we were too busy with the pool season. Not knowing anywhere else to go I told you I would try to get to it but it would be several weeks. I guess that was not good enough for you. Your entire profile is NOTHING but bad reviews. Obviously you have nothing else to do with your time. I should have trusted my better judgement and told you NO, but then you would have given us a bad review ANYWAY. There ARE no shops around anymore due to the internet and reviews like this.

We bought a super cub RC plane that had a manufacturers issue out of the box. They helped us trouble shot every possible cause and even contacted customer support. I won't hesitate to recommend them to other hobbyists.
