The worst! They put an item on offer up and contacted them regarding the item. We arranged for a time that we would go pick it up and when we agreed it was 3:09 p.m at 3:16 pm he marked it as sold without a care in the world to even let us know or to save us a trip? .... This Nintendo switch was for my son and he was in tears because I had given him the news that I found it for a price we could afford. Don't ever go here they do not know how to run a business and they don't care about their customers

Don't go to this pawn shop go to the other pawnshop on the next plaza.these people r cheap and over priced and tryed to sell me drugs oh yeah I brought my louboutins here they tryed to give me 100 for them when they where selling the same ones for 400$ but they where beat up and mine where brand new !
