Affordago Moving

Fantastic in every way possible. I would give them 6 stars if I could. They loaded a 28 ft Upack trailer for us and maximized the space in ways I didn't think we're possible. We also had them do a move out clean and things were spotless. 10/10 would absolutely hire again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the owner himself Marquis! He noticed that the two people originally helping me move were late so he came to help out. Not only did he help he was extremely friendly including to his staff. He seems like a wonderful person to work for and is most definitely a wonderful person to work with. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is trying to move and I will definitely use him again when I move into a house in the future. Additionally, he assured me that he would keep the price at what he quoted me at even though it was going to take longer. He also even took a big portion of the cost off. If you choose affordago I promise you will not be disappointed!

They will break your furniture and then price gouge you on site, and if you leave an honest review about your experience a week later the owner will threaten, harass, and attempt to extort exorbitant additional "fees" at "new" rates if he doesn't like your comment.

Used Affordago to unload our U-Haul. We had just moved from out-of-state and never seen our apartment set up. The movers complained that it was too long of a walk and instead of at least getting done as much as they could in the three hours we hired them, they complained, threatened my husband and walked out after leaving big furniture items, including a couch, out in the open in the garage and not getting it to our apartment.

They did not care that they left our stuff liable to be stolen or broken, liable to hurt my husband for hurting himself as he moved that stuff in by himself and costing us more money to hire other movers to finish the job.

Not only that, but they put the blame on us as customers. Anyone knows the first thing in business is to at least listen to and hear out the customer. They acted very unprofessional when they up and left.

These men were awesome! There are no words to describe how great they were! They worked fast! They loaded from a house and storage and unloaded to our new home! They made the moving process so easy going and carefree. I loved how they communicated with one another! All of our things arrived in same condition! Marcus you are a great business owner and I pray nothing but great continued success on your business! If I ever need moving I know exactly where to go! Thank you so much Affordago! Now I can relax in our new home and unpack easy because you organized it all tremendously!
They were even very considerate that I had small children and didn't expect me to sit in the cold with kids. I was able to leave to get the kids lunch and came back and they were halfway done! Some companies slow down when the customer isn't there milking the I appreciate them not doing that!

Truly incredible service and job from Marquis and Cassie. We hired them for three hours and they more than accommodated us during our move. I've never used movers before, and I will honestly say that their (very affordable) rate was the best money I could have spent. They made our move day stress free and allowed us to focus our energy in other places. Thank you so much for your help and great service!

The crew showed up on time and for the most part moved things efficiently.
Other than a few chunks taken out of the legs my new dresser on the end that was stood up on the floor of the truck and couple scuffs on the backs of a few of my televisions.....all in all a decent move.

They arrived early. Most movers I've hired have been running late, but not them. They communicated well during the job. They were unloading for me and pointed everything out to me and also took photos. They handle my things with care. I would hire them again.

We we're moving my elderly dad out of his apartment and this came up pretty suddenly due to health reasons. They were able to accommodate short notice and they did it for a very reasonable cost. The young men that arrived were polite, communicated well, were careful about the walls and were able to move all his furniture plus a bunch of junk out within maybe 2-3 hours (I'm not sure, but they were hustling). We would definitely recommend and though we are from California, we'd use them again if we ever found ourselves in MO and needing movers.

We hired this company to assist in packing our U-Haul truck. Prior to arriving the company called and stated they don't provide any equipment or accessories to help pack/load which would have been ideal to know up front when booking. Then upon arrival the team leader got snotty in telling us we shouldn't have started loading the U-Haul prior to them coming which in hindsight was strike two even though later he realized the quality of the packing that had been done. Then because either they got tired or I am not really sure they wasted space in packing the trailer so much so that we had to rent another trail to fit our stuff that would have fit if they had packed everything properly. Then come to find out when we were unloading items they failed to take care of items we had explicitly told them were of sentimental value to us. Our table from her deceased grandmother ended up with a significant scratch that did not previously exist. So not only did we need to spend an extra $200 on a trailer we now have to fix our table because this company does not teach their staff how to protect and take care of items even when asked to do so. I highly discourage anybody from using this company unless you want substandard results and damaged furniture upon arrival wherever you are headed.
