I was searching high and low to find someone to take my car that the dealership would not take as a trade in due to no title and the loan company would not give me the title. I had to put the car somewhere it was no longer able to be driven and i live in a rental property so couldn't park it in my yard. And i had just purchased a new used car. They were so easy to work with and pleasant over the phone when i was feeling rejected by all other places. They were willing to fax paperwork where it needed to go and email items to me in a timely manner. Very professional. They will be recommended to others by me. Thank you

Was looking for Junker to sell car. This place was selected based on reviews and location. Was not disappointed. They were responsive and reliable. Had no issues and would recommend.

We had to let Betsy go... so we called Al and from Manny to Sam it was as great of an experience it could be for having to get rid of a car that blew its engine and otherwise being in great shape. Sam called ahead of time, was on time (early actually), and was great to deal with. No frills, no fuss overall good person to deal with. If your in the position to have to call a yard, give em a call.

I used Florida Junk Cars yesterday and wanted to share my amazing experience! Not only was Al fair in quoting me a price, but he was extremely professional and courteous. They came and picked up my car, taking no longer than 10 minutes. I believe the drivers name was Yammie, he too was extremely friendly, he explained the process and took care of everything QUICKLY!!! The gentleman who came out and took my PT Cruiser was Sam, he was super funny and incredibly polite and respectful. Even with some techinical issues he was patient with me and kept up conversation. I would and will recommend this place to anyone and hope that they get Sam to be their tow guy. He walked me through the process of signing the car over and made sure I got all my valuables out of the car. Also the gentleman who we spoke too over the phone, Manny, was super nice and walked us through the process and didn't try and talk us down in price, which is what other places did despite the car having it's tag, it's key, and no body damage. We were happy that they treated us with respect and saw us as valued customers! I felt comfortable after the transaction and was satisfied with the visit and how much we got for the car! Thank you guys for helping us with this stressful situation!
