Dr. Pelkey has been a true gift to our family. Her kindness, patience, and competence have helped my husband and I to get just the right hearing aids for each of us and to use them as effectively as possible.

The entire staff of the Audiology Center of Alamance ENT is amazingly helpful and kind. We are so blessed to have this resource in our community.

My daughter was seen on Thursday to have her nose cauterized due to excessive nose bleeds. Was told by the doctor that if it started bleeding to call him. It started bleeding again the very next day. She called. Was told to pinch her nose for 8 minutes. It started bleeding again on Sunday. They told her to pinch her nose for 15 minutes. The whole purpose was to STOP the nosebleeds. They just want the money. They don't want to help!

This practice is one of the best ENT practices in the country. The entire staff (front desk, nurses, assistants) are all professional, courteous and helpful. Dr. Vaught has a wonderful bedside manner and he's also very smart and personable. I highly recommend Alamance ENT!

Front staff has a terrible attitude. Whenever you're not feeling well the last thing you need is someone to be disrespectful. I would rather make the drive to chapel hill than have to be treated so poorly again.

My experience with this Audiology Clinic was a pleasure. I wasn't sure what to expect. The building is easy to find and has close parking areas. It is located right across from the Alamance Regional Medical Center.
From the beginning to the end of my visits, I felt very welcome and comfortable.
The actual hearing test was painless and simple. Dr. Pelletier's directions were easy to follow. I felt relaxed and confident. It was really kind of fun.
After the hearing test, the results were clearly presented to me.
As it turned out, I had a borderline hearing loss. She suggested hearing aids could improve my hearing but the final decision was left up to me.
After talking with my husband and family, I decided to try hearing aids. Just as the hearing test was simple, so was the fitting and delivery process. They are actually easy to use and take care of. They were made to match my hair color and are not noticeable at all.
If I ever have any questions or concerns, I feel they will be genuinely happy if I call.
I forgot to tell you how friendly and efficient the office staff is.

From testing, to discussing options, to fitting the aids and later following up with adjustments to enhance my ability to hear - - the entire experience of obtaining my first hearing aids was more comfortable than expected because of the wonderful care I received here. This is the best practice! Dr. Juengel and staff provide excellent service. I highly recommend them!!

The doctors and staff were very nice and helpful, but what I didn't expect was the huge bill I received after an office visit. I paid a specialist copay, but received a bill for nearly two hundred dollars from a test billed to the insurance that was "non covered". This was never explained to me the day of service, or I would have declined the test. If you are going to be a regular patient at this practice, you had better make sure you have very deep pockets!
