It is small but has a good variety of vendors. Vegetables, beef, BBQ rubs and sauces, hot sauce and enchilada sauces, teas, bakeries, skin products, candles, honey and more.

I walked while I waited for the lunchtime restaurants to open. The people were nice and helpful.

I really enjoy the variety of fresh produce here. I'm always looking to eat local and organic. This market has everything from fresh squashes, strawberries, gourmet mushrooms, pears, and so so much more.

My husband and I recently moved to this side of town and were really excited to check out our new neighborhood farmers market. Alamo Heights Farmers Market is conveniently located in The Quarry parking lot near Gold's Gym. This farmers market is not as big as other ones in the city but it has a lot of good options; plants, grass-fed beef, honey, aguas frescas, organic health products and much more!

The best find during our first visit here was a Brazilian baker which was selling delicious brazilian baked goods. We decided to order two of his savory options; Pao de Queijo and Coxinha. The Pao de Queijo was so soft and delicious. The Coxinha was filled with shredded chicken and cheese, which made it the perfect breakfast bite.

We will definitely be coming back!
