I have been to Alexanders twice in the past few months, once for a tire and once for a battery. Minor issues I know. I am writing this to point out that I received nothing but outstanding professional service. My needs were small, but I was made to feel just as important as his biggest customer. I highly recommend Alexander's Automotive. Great people to work with!

I have used this place on several occasions and they have proven to be honest, responsive, and hands down, the most economical of the places that I have checked or considered using. I absolutely intend to continue to use them.

Billed from these jokers after paying my bill elsewhere. Also charged me for xtra gas. Called, have billing from other dealer -
Joker said "we're not a dealer, I don't care."

Dan T, we are not aware of you or anyone having any issues. FIRST, we do not sale gas, never have, SECOND, got billed Twice?? Once again we haven't had any issues with someone being billed twice. We don't have any access to others credit cards or checking account. Please give us a call if you have the right place so we can be aware of your concerns to which there is no way possible your accusations could have happened here. We are an auto repair shop ONLY.

I took my car into the shop today for an inspection and an oil change. I was met by very kind and helpful employees. Dean worked on my car promptly. I would recommend this shop to a friend.

Absolutely horrible service. I stood and waited while the owner went back n forth on the phone with a customer and at no point made any attempt whatsoever to acknowledge my existence or patience. After about 5 min I called Myers tire right next door and left Alexander's. I called and complained about my experience, then the manager returned my call to curse at me. I will NEVER give my business to this ignorant and insufferable waste of space.

This review is 110% false, it's nothing but advertising for a business that was newly opened at the time of this FALSE REVIEW..How convenient the picture showing how close our 2 businesses are together, Secondly, I am the owner and was out of town on vacation when he makes these false claims.
I am a local family owned business that has been in business in Clemmons since 1985 and am here to help people not hurt them. There are 7 other 5 star reviews on this same site.

Not good or honest people. I trust this place to fix my car and they failed me. I'm 30 years and have a high risk pregnancy. I went to them to get my car fixed I had to get a water pump and a outer hosing kit. I live in Greensboro and broke down in Winston. So when I went to pick my car up and drive it back to Greensboro on my way back to Greensboro my main belt came off and I was on the side of the highway at night. I got my car towed back to Alexander's automotive and yes, they did fix the belt but no apology or anything. So I then the next day when I had a ride to get to clemmons again to pick my car up just wanted some answer's and felt like at the very least they could apologize for their mess up and putting me on the side of the highway. I felt that was the very least they could do. When I walked into the shop there was two men sitting down and I asked if I could speak to the owner a older man with salt and pepper hair approached me and said the owner was not in but he was the manager. I explained to him who I was and would like some answer's of how my main belt came off, and why I ended up on the side of the highway and he wouldn't even make eye contact with me. He started getting aggressive immediately saying he didn't know they checked everything and just don't know. I asked him I said but in order to fix the parts on my car you had to move my main belt. He said yes, we had to take it off and put it back on. So you were the last people who touched my belt and I ended up on the side of the highway after picking my car up from here. All I want is an apology. I felt like that was the very least they could do, was to look me in the face and apologize and he couldn't do it. He looked down and his papers and said, "Well I'm sorry but not in a genuine way not in a way where he meant it. He was saying it more it a way to pull me off and I could tell in the tone of his voice he's is not a good person. I'm writing this review so this does not happen to anyone else. Do not trust these people with your car!

Amber I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. I'm actually in disbelief at your comments "not good or honest people" Your Father diagnosed you r car and bought the parts for it. I purposely waited these several months in disbelief at your false claims to be sure that what we installed that your father supplied NEVER needed repair from our installation. Once again I'm sorry for the belt incident and your problem. If I had to guess the belt should have been replaced to because of the anti freeze and water leaking all over it from the water pump we repaired that your father supplied the parts and Diagnosis on and we repaired with out any problem. Call me plz, Mark Alexander
