Alexandra's Beauty Salon and Spa

I learned about Alexandra's Salon when I came on Yelp looking for a spa to get a facial, and although she did not have many recent reviews, I could tell from her website and from those older reviews that I would be in great hands. I was right! Alexandra was welcoming and answered all my questions. Her salon is private and peaceful, and the deep pore cleansing facial was wonderful. She used excellent products and paid close attention to my skin's needs. My skin has been very happy with the results of the facial. I got some much-needed pampering at a great price and will be looking forward to going back!

I came here after reading that Alexandra specializes in henna and also practices reiki, and it was such a nice small place on the second floor of the arcade building. I only went in for my hair, but when she heard I was interested in reiki she was happy to share a bit about her experience and even let me read one of her reiki books while I was under the hair dryer :) I'm not someone who knows a lot about hair care, so she gave me a lot of helpful hair tips while I was there. She knew all about how henna affects different hair types, so she was able to help me choose the best shade of henna for my dark hair, I love how it turned out!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Alexandra always gives me a beautiful, low maintenance haircut. She also uses a wide range of natural, henna based dyes that look great and keep my hair healthy.

gave me a beautiful haircut and did my eyebrrows to perfection.Her salon is located at the
Arcade second floor,very nice ,clean and cozy.Alexandra is very personable,pleasant and
extremely talented.If she did not have a client next I would have had a massage ,also.

I was looking for a non-toxic hair color alternative, and I'm so glad I found Alexandra! She uses natural henna (I believe she also uses chemical color if you prefer that route). I had associated henna with an odd orange color that I've seen, but Alexandra has a variety of henna colors, and she was able to match my natural color to cover up the grey. Both the color and the cut really look great. The salon is tucked away on the second floor of the Arcade Building - it's really a hidden gem.

I have been going to Alexandra for almost two years now. She is amazing! She uses the best products for her clients, and I now use most of them myself. I usually come in for a deep facial, and Alexandra Is very attentive during an entire process. She is also extremely pleasant, helpful, and makes you feel very comfortable. I just came home from my facial and couldn't resist to write a review because of how great my skin looks like. Book an appointment, you won't regret!

Alexandra is amazing. I told her it was my first time when I called to make the appointment and she gave me helpful tips to make my experience less painful. When I went there, she made sure I was comfortable, physically and emotionally, and, even though I was expecting it to be the most painful experience of my life, I can honestly say it was not that bad!! I think this is because Alexandra really knows what she is doing and makes it as painless as possible.

The second time I went for an appointment, I called her two days before my scheduled appointment to see if she could squeeze me in and she stayed late just to accommodate my request. Her prices are incredibly reasonable for the service you receive and she is just a great person all around.

I will definitely continue to see her for all of my waxing needs.

Alexandra's offers a personalized salon experience. The only stylist is Alexandra and she is a true artist. Her palate is you, her client and she doesn't disappoint. She is an expert colorist with dye as well as henna and her cuts are beautiful! She does massages which will put you to sleep and make you feel new! The experience is relaxing and enjoyable.
