LOVE this vet and all the staff is very helpful and friendly.
After a horrific experience with Arbor Animal Hospital in Wilton Manors I was referred here.
The vet is very thorough and takes his time to explain everything to you which I appreciate.
They ladies at the front desk are lovely and they carry all the special food my cat needs.

I took my kitten there for a nail trim and they insisted that she had to have a rabies vaccine. Her rabies vaccine has expired 2 weeks before. So I agreed to that so her nails could be trimmed. The doctor and vet tech were very nice and did the best they could, however my kitten was anxious and hissing so they were unable to trim her nails. They did give her the rabies vaccine.

When I went to pay for the vaccine the front desk person tried to charge me $80+ for an annual exam. I said to her I didn't ask for an annual exam and asked what it included. None of the things she stated were done for my cat.
So then she said okay, we will just charge you for a brief exam.

I emailed them that week and said I wanted the cost of the exam refunded as NOBODY told me that they were doing an exam. They agreed to do so, however this was their response to me:
"We do not agree with your written description of this interaction however, we have refunded the $45 (email confirmation sent). Your account has been made inactive and you will not be able to make appointments here in the future. Please do not contact us again."

This is the WORST customer service. What a shame as the vet tech and veterinarian were very nice and friendly. Replace your front desk staff!!

I had to take my Bentley to the vet. I've never been to All Aboard before however they were able to get me In same day within a few hours of my call. Super nice and very caring and attentive. Highly recommend anyone looking for a caring vet. You can tell the staff really ha a passion for animals.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY . Was just there recently, Walked out with an over 200 bill only to have same issue with my cat and have to pay again. Can't even speak to the Dr; Was told I have to pay to come in, pay to ask a question. Cant get Dr to the phone

All my "kids" have gone to this Veterinarian. They are great & compassionate. I ran out of cat food & didn't realize. I usually always buy it from them but it was a Sunday & they were closed. I called every local vet that was open & every pet store within a 50 mile radius that wouldn't sell it to me because I didn't have the prescription to purchase it. I called Dr. McCallister's cell phone, that he gives out for emergencies. He went above & beyond to make sure my cat would not go hungry. He kindly went to his office (on a Sunday & his day off) to put out food supplies for my fur baby for me to pick up & pay for later. Thanks again Dr. M!

Dr. McAllister and his vets have saved two of my cats from near death!

I 100% trust Dr. McAllister and his staff with my pets. I have 3 cats that I bring to them and I've received very professional and caring attention from the vets and vet techs. They answer my questions with knowledge. I've never felt like they unnecessarily push for treatments.

As mentioned, they have saved two of my cats from near death. One had a bacterial infection that was hard to detect, she stayed with them for a week and they did everything they could until she was better and healthy. My other cat was stung by a bee, he is extremely allergic and went into shock, they were waiting for me and took him to immediately start treatment. Both times, the vet personally called us to give us updates on them. For the bee sting we did not have pet insurance, I feel like the charge was reasonable. They don't take advantage of a desperate situation to make money.

They truly care for animals and want to help save lives. I know they also work with a couple of pet rescues, offering vet services to them.

Terrible experience! Super expensive and not a friendly vet. Not recommendable. We spend money to help our dog to get better he was not feeling well and they never did the right thing to help him in this clinic. Shame!

So happy to have found this place the doctor and his staff we patient with my dog he hated going to the vet after having a bad experience at the vca so he gets scared and aggressive when he goes to the vet now ,it's so hard to find a vet that will actually take there time to make your pet comfortable DR. McAllister and his staff were amazing and worked together to make it comfortable and not so scary for my fur baby ... thanks for caring All Aboard Animal Hospital!!!

I found a chihuahua and asked them for help since I was not sure who to contact (Broward Animal Center was closed). It was cold outside, and the dog might die and was prone to getting run over by cars. Since I could not bring the dog home because I have another bigger dog, I asked them if they could. I was told that they could not, and it is my responsibility to find him a place and did not help me. They said I should leave him in my bathroom. I said my bathroom has no air. I needed help and demanded it and one of the ladies even suggested that I leave them on the cold streets where he could die. They do not care about your dogs if they cannot make money. Therefore, I would not trust them with my dog again and would find a better place that would actually care for him.
