All Access Chimney & Fireplace

My gas fireplace wouldn't start. I called All Access Chimney and Fireplace for repairs. Michelle went above and beyond to fit me into a tight schedule. Tim and his partner came out and diagnosed the problem and took care of it instantly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you for a job well done!

I hired them to replace the existing clay liner with steel liner chimney. Timothy and Michelle came in and we agreed to do the job however when they started the work , they informed me there was a gap between outside bricks and the top of the chimney and he will fix it with bricks / mortar etc. and asked more money which I also agreed to pay. The problem started after he started the work, they did not clean the chimney inside properly and did not do any of the promised masonry work and instead just put steel flashing on both sides and filled it with used Insulation. Then sprayed the outside with cheap HD gap sealer. Durring the whole process Timothy was constantly yelling, rude to his partner and me with smug attitude.
Also Tim would not wear mask even if i requested them nicely.

I would not recommend these crooks to anyone

First off - the company is not rated by the BBB - go check yourself.
Thought they were wonderful upon the first service call but it was a set up for the next! They NEVER told me I needed a cap for my chimney in order for the fireplace to function properly and two weeks after they serviced my unit they told me it was ruined bc of no cap. According to All Access, I needed to replace the entire unit! The cost of the cap and the explanation seemed off so I contacted the actual manufacturer - RH Peterson - after speaking to the AUTHORIZED dealers they provided, it seems All Access definitely duped me. I strongly encourage those in need to contact RH Peterson for a list of local authorized dealers who will provided appropriate and sufficient service the first time!

Michelle is great. The gentlemen that came to do the work cleaned up and work diligently to fix our chimney. I would recommend them to anyone that needs chimney work.

Well here is a review that is not fake.They were suppose to fix cracks in both chimneys because according to the moron that was running the show he has ''top quality masons that he had to pay $1,000dollars a day''..well a 5 year old could have done a better job. After complaining to the owner she came back with the moron and he spread a little more cement or puddy on a few cracks and left. Chimney still leaks like before. Considering legal action. The others are right, biggest bunch of crooks ever.

use at your own risk. not knowledgeable or professional. zero knowledge of direct vent system..will google his way through life, Took $1000 and left me with a non working fireplace. Asked for a refund..After a month of asking gave me $0...simply stay away. The name is All Access Chimney but he will try to google his way to be a fireplace pro.

Honest. Integrity. Two qualities that are difficult to find in a chimney company. I tried using two companies from Clipper Magazine (both offering discounts) and both of them wanted to redo the entire heater in the basement because it's 'unsafe' (even though my home inspector said it was fine) and wanted to charge almost $2000 for the work...and mind you...i just wanted my chimney to be inspected!!!

Michelle (owner) communicated with me efficiently throughout. Joe, the man-crew, actually went up on my roof and assured me that my chimney was immaculate and also took pics of my broken roof. He offered to patch it up for an reasonable price. To me, it wasn't even the price...it was just the piece of mind knowing that not everyone is out there to BS you.

I would give them a five star rating. They were very professional and Alex installed my rain cap with no
problem. I would highly recommend them they also guarantee there work.

If the bricks on your chimney weren't loose. After they give an estimate they would be. Muscle Guy came for estimate, watched him push up hard on my top row of bricks and pushed them loose, right after I was up there checking it out myself. Thanks for making my chimney Brick unstable now. Swindlers, claimed a double walled stainless steel brand new chimney liner was not really stainless steel. Tried putting a magnet to it and when it wouldn't work tried to hide the fact. Do NOT use. Have never seen such a bunch of crooks.

Update to the owners remarks: Its funny how multiple people have had estimates from the same company and how others have had the same experience, maybe look into your personnel, because obviously you are clueless.
