They took complete advantage of our senior client, charging him over $8000 (you read that right) for a rekey on a resale home...4 doors and a gate! We will be telling everyone we know about this including the better Business Bureau and the Fraud Division for the FBI and Metro and the state Contractors Board.

I've come here multiple times in the past. I've brought the same exact make and model lock for a rekey for the past three times. On those separate times, I was charged different prices: $20, $25, $30. I thought ok, times change, prices go up. I came back today for another rekey for the same make and model. I didn't ask for the price as I was expecting $35 maybe even $40. The son took it and did the rekey and was done within less than 5 minutes and said it was $65. I was shocked but it was done. And my fault for not asking. I went to my car to get my card and came back to a $70.44 bill, lol!!! I didn't buy any key but I was taxed for the service. I am NEVER EVER coming back here again. I will post reviews on Yelp, Google and spread the word on Nextdoor app throughout my entire Summerlin community. I'm all in on supporting family owned businesses, BUT NOT WHEN THEY RIP YOU OFF.

We were quoted one price and charged something else. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. They don't clean up after themselves and they take advantage of you needing them. NEVER AGAIN!!

Of course I wanted to have a top quality lock, I needed some keys copied and they copied them quickly cheaply and efficiently. They're very pleasant to work with. They can do car keys I just had a house key. Other locksmiths wouldn't give me the time of day. They have a nice storefront right off of Fort Apache easy to find. I highly recommend that you consider these guys for any of your lock needs they can 7come to your car or house or for more efficiently if you bring a lock to them they can fix it there. I had some key blanks which we're trying to Fancy and they cut these keys for me where Home Depot and the other locksmiths would not consider it.

I walked in looking to get a quotation for a duplicate laser cut key and transponder coding, and somehow I left feeling lectured and minimized.

If I wanted a lesson on how competitors and my previous experiences were invalid, well, I'd be in the right place.

But I wasn't. I simply wanted a quotation.

Also, talk about customer service. Immediately upon asking for the quote, I was asked to use my phone to call their son for the price.

What a great start to the customer journey and making your customers' lives easier.

What a helluva experience, and steering clear of this shop.

P.s. Beware, they'll be quick to tell you how long they've been in business! From the mother to the son--it seems that authoritative and respect-seeking behavior didn't skip a generation.

Not recommend at all, quote one price but charged $40 more when we bring in the safe. And after pick the lock stilling saying need to drill, but the safe actually opened before he drill it, totally rip off and not honest.

Wouldnt give an estimate till the work was done ontop of a 125.00 service call.
Doesn't take credit cards because they know you cant disput a charge if you pay by Venmo.
Rip off artists. Be warned!!

These guys are crooks. Charged me over 1000 for a single deadbolt. Never were willing to tell me in advance what it would cost. My fault for trusting that they were not crooks based on a referral. Do not waste your time with these guys. Bad news
