All City Taxi

Total fail. Cab never showed up, called dispatch at 6am to complain - no answer. Surprised they are still in business.

I wish I could rate this company a negative star . .

I set up my reservation for a cab the night before .

I received 3 confirmation emails telling me that all was well with my reservation , and the cab would be there at 6:15 am . The following morning at 6:15 am , my cab is not there , so I call the dispatcher . .

The dispatcher tells me 'oh yeah , we don't pick up in that area , sorry , there is nothing we can do to help you ' even though his messed up computer system allowed me to reserve a cab , he made it seem like it was all my fault .

I had to be at work in 30 mins ! All city taxi left me high and dry , and showed no compassion for their faulty system .

So I called EAGLE TAXI , and the driver Jean showed up in 5 mins , and I made it to work EARLY .

All in all , all city should adjust their online system to prevent others from going through what I went through , and losing business .

We took them from hampton to Norfolk airport, and specifically asked if we could use them coming back, driver said yes.
We made a reservation online to get picked up at Norfolk airport, and received a confirmation email/number.
When we arrived in Norfolk, there was no cab to be found. We called the dispatcher, and only then did he tell us they were not allowed to pick up in Norfolk. There were two days between the reservation and pickup date that this could have been clarified, but they did not have the business ethic to let a paying customer know beforehand.

I used this company before x3, but have always followed up with reservations due to the other reviews. Today, the company failed me. I made a reservation a day prior as usual. I didn't receive the confirmation call I requested before pickup so I called dispatch twice but nobody answered. Thankfully, Orange Cab Co. picked me up and I made my destination on time. 1 star by Yelp default - it's like receiving a trophy for participating but coming in last place.

This was the worst tem minute drive I have ever experienced. Got in late to Newport News airport and All City was next up at the taxi stand, so you take what you get. The entire drive was filled with the cab driver spewing how much he hated the United States and how racist white people are...I am white...and how we are all stupid in how we buy mortgages, and mineral rights, etc. He continued to tell me he owned property in Africa and how wonderful Africa is. I asked why he was here if Africa was so wonderful. He said to take Americans' money because we are so stupid. He went on and on about how awful our country is and how white people kill black people for no reason. I said that not all whites killed black people, and I asked to not be included in that statement. I was getting pretty upset, but felt like it would not be safe to say too much. As a woman, I felt threatened. I got out of the cab as fast as I could. And no tip! I hope that the cab company reads this and fires this guy. He could be dangerous, especially if some one gets angry and begins to argue with the guy.

So far I am not happy, and I haven't even been picked up. I placed an order online the day before the pick-up. It was for 6:30pm, the driver calls me AT 6:30 and states he can't be here until 7:00. I had somewhere to be at 7:00, if I had known sooner I could have made other arrangements, now I am at their mercy because even if I called someone else it would take them that long to get here, I will post again if it turns out to be a better experience. Looks like Jordan K had a better experience.
