After I contacted the business to set an appointment, I was contacted back to set an appointment on the day I requested.
Duane arrived and within a few minutes, diagnosed the issued and repaired it. He also took some measures to insure that the problem shouldn't happen again for a long time.
Extremely happy with the service and will use again when I have my next appliance issue...

I called at 8:24 AM with a broken LG washer. For us, this was a big problem! Duane answered immediately, and said Tate could be out between 12 and 3. Tate arrived right at twelve, had the needed parts on hand. He completed the repairs quickly and at an excellent price. In addition, Tate was just a delightful fellow, and a pleasure to interact with.

Beyond happy with the service! Highly recommended!

DON'T BOTHER. They cannot schedule themselves. "I'll be there Wednesday." "Cab't make it, how about tomorrow after 4?" They don't show. "I can make it Thuisday Moring." I get a phone call, "I'll be there Friday." Ca't make that either. Meanwhile I have a washing machine leaking water.

Posting this review a little late but wanted to give the shout-out anyway as I know these small businesses depend on good reviews...
We had a washing machine issue and searched Yelp for an appliance repair person as we are new to the area. All Dallas Appliance came up with stellar ratings so we called to set up an appointment. Duane answered promptly and was able to fit us in the next day within the window he said he would arrive. He did arrive on time (always so refreshing!) and quickly diagnosed my machine. Unfortunately, it was dead like Fred and he gave a detailed explanation as to why. We were pretty sure the machine was a total loss (even before he arrived) as it was 14 years old and had long done its duty by our fam. It took less than 10 for him to diagnose the problem but I think he felt badly for having to charge us for the call so he offered to look at any other appliances we had. That was going above and beyond IMO as he could have just quickly moved on to the next service call.
It's hard to find reliable service people but I highly recommend All Dallas Aplliance!

We were having issues with our dishwasher not draining properly and Maytag dryer making loud noises. Duane with All Dallas Appliance was able to schedule us quickly and resolve all of the issues. He also provided us great insights regarding additional questions we had regarding the appliances he serviced. Prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonable with service pricing, we will definitely contact All Dallas Appliance and Duane for future repairs.

Found my new repairman. Talked with Duane on the phone about a problem with my GE washer. He was at my house with the part the next morning at 9:00 am and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Very professional. He explained that the part was under warranty for a year and he kept records of all the parts he purchased.

Duane was able to schedule me same day to come and fix the refrigerator which suddenly stopped staying cool. After initial diagnosis he figured out the issue instantly. Even though the refrigerator part price was on the high end, Duane's customer engagement was great.

My garage fridge and my indoor fridge decided to go on the fritz at the same time, of course ‍‍‍ I looked on Yelp and was calling around to see if anyone could come out same day, but it was Easter holiday weekend and no one could come until Monday. I called Duane at All Dallas Appliances and he answered right away, and even though he had a very busy schedule, he said he would come by right away. He had a solution for me in about 10 minutes, and was in and out of my house within a half an hour! Reasonable pricing, and super responsive and knowledgeable. So happy we got our fridges working again before the holiday weekend! Definitely going to recommend him to my friends and neighborhood!

We had an unusual malfunction with our refrigerator so I reached out to All Dallas based on prior Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. They were very quick to respond and arrived as anticipated. They were extremely informative, taking time to teach us and explain how to avoid certain issues from reoccurring. They were able to fix the problem quickly and didn't try to sell us costly repairs, instead they educated us on what to avoid. Highly recommend them for any appliance issues - very honest and genuine.
