Landon and his crew were fantastic helping me out after I accidentally flooded my kitchen trying to fix my dishwasher.
Landon explained the whole process and was very patient with any question I had.

The laziness of All Nation's crew flooded our home. We had hired All Nation to do a mold remediation project which involved removing a bathroom vanity and disconnecting the water lines. The project manager assured my husband and I that the water shut off valves would be capped off, so there would not be any leaking. We also were very clear that any discolored areas on the subfloor or walls would be cut out. We showed the manager where we knew where there was definitely a leak and told them that needed to be cut out and 2 feet beyond any discoloration/mold. At some point after they left the day of the project and the next day, flooding happened in our house from a water shut off valve that had not been capped in spite of what we were told. Project manager said they had pictures that showed it was not leaking when they left that day. This is a thirty year old home that they knew could very well have leaky valves. After the flooding, we were told that it wasn't capped because a plumber would have had to cap it off. Okay, so whey didn't they do that? That was their negligence that caused the flooding. They denied that they did anything wrong even though that the manager assured us that they would cap off the valve. On top of that, they did not cut out the discolored/moldy area that was clearly instructed to do. AND, they left debris on our carpet that my husband cleaned up after they left. That is a complete no,no in mold remediation. They never would take responsibility or have their insurance pay for damages. Now we have about a $20K claim open on our insurance due to damages and have had to take lots of time off work to get repairs done for what should have been a 1-2 day job. Our insurance is going up because of ALL NATION'S NEGLIGENCE. I told our plumber what happened and he was outraged. He said that he would NEVER leave valves uncapped even on brand new valves. They should ALWAYS be capped when disconnected from the line. He said that if he was the last person to touch the valves and there was flooding, he would use his own business insurance and would never ask the customer to file their own claim. He used to recommend All Nation, but after hearing our story, he will no longer recommend them. I do not recommend them either. If they would have used their own insurance to pay for our damages, then maybe I would not have written this review, but to be negligent and then deny responsibility is unethical.

Exceptionally, professional, knowledgeable and informative.
This company kept me informed prior to arriving on the time he would arrive. He was here minutes before ETA!

He discussed what he would do and how the findings would help point out any specific areas that need attention or remedy.

He was polite, listed to my concerns and helped address them.

Upon leaving he said I would receive an extensive report with photos before tomorrow. The report arrived later this afternoon.

There are not enough stars to convey the positive rating William Rivers from All Nation Restoration deserves. He arrived when I was at wits end from a multitude of errors and failures by the first water remediation company I hired. William went above and beyond to correct the other company's mistakes and complete the job in a timely manner. All Nation Restoration's crew, Jan and Adrian, were professional and kind. I went from experiencing a nightmare with the first company to full confidence with All Nation. If you are reading this review, you are likely dealing with the hardship of a water leak or mold problem, which is stressful enough. It makes all the difference in this type of situation to hire an ethical and knowledgable company and thankfully All Nation Restoration was just that. I wish I hired them from the start.

I can't say enough good things about All Nation particularly during such a stressful time.

My husband was replacing our old dishwasher in preparation for our new baby after removing the old dishwasher we discovered extensive water damage.

We immediately called all nation to come out who were extremely booked but, made time for us on their busy Saturday as this was an urgent.

Brandon was at our house promptly at 2 PM and he was amazing. He was very careful with his assessment and removal of the water damaged area. He was very calming and reassuring for these couple of first time home owners; providing his expert advice and guidance on the situation.

I'm beyond happy with the service and expertise provide by Brandon and the All Nation team. Hopefully I don't have to call them for any other issues BUT would recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat!

Our kitchen closet sustained some water damage due to a leaking toilet upstairs. The leak was going on for months, and we had no idea. A sizable section of drywall just fell apart.

Not knowing what the extent of the water damage was, I did some searching and came across All Nation Restoration. They responded quickly on Yelp, and sent someone over to take a look.

The inspector used a thermal camera to inspect the moisture levels. He then explained to me that the water damage wasn't that significant, and that all I needed was a handyman to patch up the drywall. The guy specifically told me "do not hire us, it'll cost too much." I was relieved to hear some honest advice.

So while I ended up not using All Nation Restoration, I still wanted to leave a good review highlighting their honesty and professionalism.

This is a fantastic restoration company to work with. All Nation really shines in all aspects. They are quick, responsive and thorough. Bryan, Nathan, Jake and Kyle did a wonderful job working together as a team. Very dependable and reliable. They handled all the project concerns/issues efficiently and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. I spoke with the owner. He explained over the phone what he thought my situation might entail. He had someone come quickly. Bryan was polite and attentive and did a fantastic job. I will definitely call All Nation Restoration in the future. I trust them and recommend that you call them to see if they can help you with your problem.

I can't say enough about the quality and integrity of Bryan's work. He is a straight shooter and informed us of what was the best protocol for our case. I would definitely refer him to anyone that's needs restoration.

What a fantastic service this company provides! I panicked when I found some growth along the seam of my hot attic HVAC supply plenum and called All Nation. One of their techs, Kyle, answered right away, soothed my panic and sent Bryan that very afternoon. Bryan showed up at the same time that the HVAC guy came. He looked at the whole system, took pics, and explained that it was minor HVAC maintenance issue; air leaks where tape had pulled away resulted in cold air leak that needed to be sealed so that condensation was eliminated. (HVAC guy confimed and came up with proposal to re-seal plenum.) Bryan had actually been involved in commercial HVAC earlier in his career, so he had experience on that end. He examined all of the system he could see, took pics, and also looked inside my registers and said everything was clean. He explained that the amount of growth on plenum was minor, that he did not see anything out of normal HVAC expectations, and that remediation only gets involved when there is a certain square footage of growth involved. He explained that All Nation follows EPA and CDC guidance, showed me their websites and explained their guidance regarding testing and remediation protocols. (To my surprise EPA/ CDC do not recommend air testing - too inaccurate, too dependent on outside air mold counts.) He spent lots of time looking at things and explaining things - but charged me nothing. He did not try to upsell me or scare me. When I called him the next day to ask a follow-up question, he returned my call promptly. Great company and I would highly recommend them.
