All Star Barber Shop

Ever since my regular barber moved to another city, I have been coming here. My barber, Sue, is amazing. She gives a wonderful cut and exactly the way I want it. I only ever expect a cut, so my first time there was interesting! She did the cut well, and followed with the massage that only usually comes at higher end places (in my experience).

I make it a point to only go here for a cut. All guys know how hard it is to find a barber who does a cut the way they like, and when you find that one, you stick with that one.

Customer service is always on point here, and I'll wait for Sue, no matter how long the line is.

Clean, local barber. I didn't have reservation (recommended) but one of the ladies got me in between appointments. Haircut was exact to my description. Straight edge neck shave is a plus.

Just went back. I don't know why so long in between going there, but I finally made it back, and my experience was even better than I remember from last time!

She trimmed hair in my ears, eye brows, nose, mustache, used hot lather and straight razor in back and around my ears.

After taking her time cutting my hair, and all of the above, she massaged my scalp and then used a vibrating hand massager to go over my shoulders and surrounding areas.

The lady cutting my hair was polite, friendly and respectful. She was careful not to upset me, although that would have been hard to do!

I can't think of anything she could have done better!

This is a full service barber shop. The staff is friendly without being intrusive, and I enjoyed my time there. I told the barber what I wanted, gave my preferences (leave the eyebrows alone, keep beard and hair connected, etc.), and we were off. I'm happy with the cut I got, and no detail was overlooked. From the hot shaving cream to the hot towel, the barber knew her business well.

I'd recommend this so to anyone, and am happy to have found this gem.

I have been coming here since I moved to the Dayton area in 2014. Sue and Mary are the nicest ladies around, their service is outstanding, and the quality is unbeatable for the price. For $15 you can't get a better haircut, straight razor neck shave, hot towel, and massage anywhere else. YOu'll never feel rushed here and you can talk as much or as little as you want. This place is even better now that haircuts are by appointment only as the wait could be quite long at peak times. You'll win with either barber but I always make my appointments with Sue. Last thing: Sue and Mary do not accept credit/debit cards so bring cash.

I just recently moved from California and needed to find a new regular barbershop to go to. Went here due to the high ratings on Yelp. Was not disappointed.
I got in before it got busy on a Friday afternoon. I can see why so many people come here. The barbers were very pleasant. Excellent quick service with nice razor neck shave, massage, and hot towel. $13 for all of that is extremely good value. Very relaxing way to end the week. I feel lucky to have found my new regular barber on the first try.

I've been going to All Star for about a year now. Once I found Mary I haven't went anywhere else. The women in there are so nice always greeting everyone and put out great haircuts. I travel from Springfield once a month for this place. Highly recommended!

Being on the road five days a week, doesn't leave much time at home, let alone time for a haircut
Sue did an AWESOME job, even stayed over an hour to make sure everyone was tended to.

Great haircut with great vibes, very friendly and free massage. Absolute banger of a barber shop! Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because they are kind of rough with the clippers and if you have a sensitive scalp it may be a bit painful. Overall 9.2/10 haircut, will be back!

Found this Gem while camping in Ohio. Even though there was a full house waiting for haircuts, ( a sign that they give a great haircut because people are waiting), the barbers there move the customers pretty quickly! All of those waiting received great cuts that I saw and my husbands hair is perfectly done! (Which isn't always easy due to curly thinner hair)
Great place, friendly, clean and experienced! They get a 5 star from me. Will make it a stop each time we camp in the area!
