All Valley Pool and Spa

Jesus from the Ceres location went above and beyond for us. Spa manufacturer recommended them to troubleshoot a problem with our spa. We are located in Merced. Jesus showed up in the given time window. Turned out to be an electrical issue not an issue with the spa. He then went to local big chain store to get the part and came back to fix for us. Boom! Our spa works great! Wish the spa manufacturer asked more troubleshooting questions but that's not on Jesus/All Valley. Easy fix, great to work with and would definitely use again!

The worst pool company I've ever worked with. HORRIBLE communication, I had to call over and over to get them to come fix my pool that I got refilled and they left green. Kept telling me to change out parts but didn't know what I was getting charged because internal communication was bad, they didn't know about invoices so charged me whatever. I would take time off work to make sure I'm there so we can figure out what was wrong with it the pool but they would show up at different times. The owner got frustrated because he most likely knew he was in the wrong and basically ended service with me when he never communicated how to set the pool up properly. Don't know how the company got such great reviews on google. Very upset.

I'm sad to say we just started our service and it doesn't seem likely we'll be continuing with this company. So far we have not found a reliable pool service and this was our 3rd or 4th guy. We've called and left messages for the owner/operator who does the cleaning it he never responds. He came twice for about 5-10 minutes and it doesn't look like anything was done. The few leaves that were in there are still there and I'm not sure I even saw him test the water. Went to talk to him and he was already gone.
