Alliance Xpress Urgent Care

Nurse practitioner or not sure her title named christen or crystal was very rushed. Didn't feel like she really cared. All she cared about was swabbing me for covid/flu to bill me an extra $50 even though I informed her I was swabbed at my pharmacy 2 days ago, she insisted to do it again. Didn't really listen to how I was feeling. Front desk staff was nice. But the provider was really bad. I am in healthcare and her care was terrible. Didn't even get a height or weight.

they misdiagnosed me and then gave me the wrong medication for the misdiagnosis

never trust them with even a simple issue

Husband had an infection. Front desk personnel were friendly and fast. Husband was treated in under an hour.

I will not be returning to Alliance Xpress. My care was minimal. I never received a bill until I received something from a collection agency. I will spend the extra $45 to go to the emergency room to get care and a bill.
